When I try to access a login I have used in the past I can no longer access it. Instead the tab just gives a (($root.title)) message.

When I access the site via Chrome I can login without problems.

Something has changed in a recent Firefox update because, as I said, I used to be able to access this site with Firefox.

Help please I don't want to use a different browser for some sites.

I have a pretty frustrating issue with custom search engines. I use custom search engines all the time to look up words on a dictionary website. In cases where I need to look up something that is more than one word, I'm unable to use this feature because Firefox automatically adds '+' to encode spaces to the URL. since the website that I use does not know how to deal with that, I am unable to use this otherwise convenient feature in cases where my searches utilize spaces.

is this behavior adjustable in any way?

I have issues with background and text colors clashing making text hard or impossible to read. I have tried changing themes, clearing cache and disabling add-ons. It doesn't do it on every website but its doing it on enough of them to be frustrating.

Hi, It would be of great help to me if you could give me an advice how to fix my Firefox browser in order to be able to use it with sound. It used to work untill a few months ago, but once, with no reason, just stopped playing sounds , no matter if I accessed a news channel, Youtube or other site that uses sounds.. for this purpose I am forced to use Chrome or Microsoft Edge, but I like more Firefox. I mention that I have an i7 laptop with a Windows 10 OS. Thank you.

Please see the attached picture. On my laptop screen (but not my second screen monitor) when opening just Firefox, there is a considerable white bar at the bottom of the browser that blocks website content. When I click on it, it brings me to another task I have open, such as Microsoft Word or my desktop.

Chrome and Edge does not have this problem, I checked. It is relegated to Firefox only.

How can I fix this?

Since updating to version 107, the Idagio.com web player does not work in Firefox. When pressing the "Play" icon, only progression dots show forever.

Moving mouse quickly and hit something, mouse clicked. BAM, fonts and picture to tiny size. Cannot find anything that makes that happen to undo it. All pages that site, no other site. Closing/opening Firefox stays the same. Zoomed to max and can now see, but page is not correct proportions.

I use Firefox for my work and that involves working with a lot of images online. For some reason, this option has been completely removed from Firefox for me.

Now when I right-click on an image, there is no longer any option to copy the image, copy the image's location or save the image.

Like I said, I use this browser for work and if I can't interact with images I'll have to start using some other browser.

I've been unable to play twitter videos at all. For videos and audio posts on other sites, there's usually a delay for a couple seconds before it plays. I disabled all my add-ons and it made no difference. If I try to play 2 different things at once, both of them will chug if play at all.

Does anyone know what the cause might be? I tested videos and audio in another browser and they work fine.

I've tried refreshing and using it with zero addons. At the moment it seems to be freezing after I copy things from a textarea. It started freezing just after the Windows update... core isolation is OFF (laptop doesn't support it)... Firefox is at the latest version too.

With the upgrade to Firefox 106 on Mac, Private browsing windows open with a dark theme by default. How do I enable the light theme for Private browsing windows?

I use Private browsing at work for website testing, and the dark themed tabs / UI are much harder to read and use than with a light theme.

For example, look at how the same page looks in Firefox 106.0.2 (64 bits) and Yandex Browser (22.9.4.866).

I tried changing the user agent, it didn't help. I think the problem is in the Java engine.

Last few days , my laptop( windows 10) system got hanged for some reason. Then second time I got the message on my laptop , that Software Mozzila Firefox got crashed. It had stopped working for few minutes then I restarted it. 1) Has it happened to my System? 2) or even others got the same experience? 3) How to start PC when windows stopped working Suddenly. 4)Was the Mozzila Firefox failure / crash, was the reason, behind PC not working during first time? 5) On laptop a message appears , to upgrade Operating system to Windows 11( currently it is windows 10) from MS. Firefox (on a MacBook Pro, OS 10.14.5) rapidly stopped working today. First, one open page stopped updating (webmail), but others (e.g., weather) still worked. Soon, progressively, nothing worked, and it wouldn't open new pages, links, or bookmarks. I downloaded a new version, 106.0.1, but that dmg file wouldn't open: "no such file or directory" (despite ostensibly containing 135 MB). Yet that version seems to be what's running now. I don't know how recently my Firefox got updated; possibly an update is the problem, but why newly today is unclear. I'm now using Safari, since Firefox is kaput.

Before today, my 1Password 8 password manager worked just fine with Firefox browser on Windows 11. I updated my Firefox browser to 106.0.1 (64 bits) today and all of a sudden my 1Password manager stopped filling in my usernames and passwords for me into my logins. How do I get this functionality back so my 1Password manager works with Firefox again? Is there some setting that I failed to update in Firefox? Thanks. MR

The txt document codes I was given to save to my computer were corrupted in a recent windows update gone wrong. Can you give me those codes back, or are there other routes I can take to correct this?

When I try to forward a link from a webpage (using Firefox) it automatically sends it from my email address through Thunderbird. I'd like to switch the setting so it uses my Apple Mail email address. Is this possible?
