moz back up says my profile is corrupted. my emall works in every way, but when try to use moz back u to make a back up it says my profile is corrupted . Can someone tell me how to fix this ? Or can someone tell what I can do that is better ?HELP!!!!!!!!

When I load a page the first time, everything loads normally. Then if I refresh the page with CTRL-R, resources on the page (such as .js files) very often (seemingly 75% of the time) only partially load and therefore parse errors occur in the console. To reload a page, I have to hit CTRL-SHIFT-R to bypass cache and then the page loads normally again. I can also just launch the page in a private window (this loads properly), close the window and launch it again in another private window (this loads perfectly still) but it's becoming a chore to juggle with private windows only to reload a page I'm working on. I can see the resources loaded under the NETWORK tab in the console but they don't seem to be available to the page renderer or something.

Is this a bug in v100.0.2 or was I only having a bad weekend and all of this is just a random glitch that will go away soon? I've never had a problem like this with any previous Firefox releases (even v100.0) and I've used FF for approximately 15 years. It immediately began to happen after the v100.0.2 update!

What I have done so far:

- Exit out of Firefox and launch it again. - Rebooted the computer. - Site Information > Clear Cookies & Site Data - Waited 2 days for another FF release in case this was a bug and it rapidly got fixed (no update rolled out since). - Help > More Troubleshooting Information > Clear Startup Cache

Hi there! Well, another company told my business partner that their product does not like Firefox so we should use Chrome and maybe Edge. First, that is a crock, but seems to be a standard answer from anyone in the business world, sadly. I would not trust Edge or Chrome, especially those two, if they were the last platforms on earth. So, help pretty please?

Is there a setting that we can use that will assist in using RSMeans Online Version so it will work more effectively? Whenever we get an error message or it just won't open, they blame it on Firefox.

I tried printing in FIREFOX while using PDF and receipts from Amazon and HP. each time the fonts are HUGE, but not if I use Chrome or Edge. Tried your suggestions and that didn't help. I see another user has had the same exact issue with no avail. I'd really like to get this issued fixed. I like FIREFOX and want to use it whenever possible, but being unable to print makes it a problem. I would appreciate a real solution. Thank you in advance, Alan.

Every day I am interrupted by McAfee with daily notifications across my screen saying they have detected a virus and to sign up with them. I have NEVER been a customer of McAfee and would like these nuisances to stop. Is there a way I can ban them from my pc. Thank you.

Please turn off the download drop down menu that appears every time I do a download...if you cant do that then give your users the option of turning it off or on...

Even though my settings is set for "always ask ..", in the latest Firefox versions all files are automatically saved to "Downloads" on my hard drive. Could you please rectify this error?

I refreshed Firefox and all my passwords disapeared even though it stated they would be saved. I followed online instructions and copied and pasted the old data into the new profile. Although I can see the old login data is there nothing shows up in the saved passwords section in settings. HELP! all my passwords are badly required as I have no other record.

gmail page initially loads in firefox and then doesn't get updated at all. Upon trying to refresh it just gets stuck at Google workspace initialization section. After that under new tab, google.com also doesn't work. Please fix this.

Hey! I think to migrate from Vivaldi but only couple of things stops me. I used to split some tabs in one screen there and looks like I can't find any good addons for that. There is one addon Tile Tabs WE but it is not what I need, I want to tabs be still along other tabs, I can detach them and place on my screen by myself without such addons but that's uncomfortable to use.

I'm having a problem related to an extension that I have to use to consult legal processes in my country (there is no other way, the extension is widely used and is a requirement, I've always used it). Not too long ago this browser started having problems with the extension that hurt my company like hell, this is our last attempt to continue using this browser.

For a while now I get sort of an error message some time after Windows start (every time): "XULRunner Could not determine any profile running in backgroundtask mode!"

I managed to find out that XULRunner is connected to Mozilla but I haven't found any info about this particular message so far, therefore, I would appreciate your help solving this issue.

FF 100.0.2 Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

I have deleted my bookmarks with the Bookmark manager, but where are they now? I cannot find them in /trash and all of the *bookmark* files on my laptop are miniscule (like 127 bytes.) The json files are no better, when I imported previous bookmark files they were empty.

My shortcut display had frequently visited websites shown and these have been replaced by several sponsored shortcuts I am not interested in. Plus, my saved user names and passwords are not loading even though they are still stored. I don't understand what happened, why these have changed, or how to restore what I previously had on shortcuts. I am not a tech savvy person and am stumped and looking for help
