Just used sync in the past month with no issues.

Logged into sync today, immediately after logging in, the error message "Session Expired -- Sorry something went wrong. Please sign out from the browser window and try again." See attachment to see exact error message.

This exact error message appeared on both my PC's when I tried to sync between them. Any thoughts on what is taking place or is there a know issue with Sync from Mozilla today?

I am creating a split-flap. It works fine in Chrome, but in firefox, during the second rotation period, it is not smooth as in chrome. How can I fix it?

Instructions on changing primary email address not helpful-prompted to access Accounts but profile displayed would not let me edit my primary email address. When attempted to add secondary address was notified that code was sent to my old email address was was compromised & deleted by security of my carrier Want to add new email address & add secondary email account. A while ago I made a Firefox account with my Yahoo email address as the primary email, and my Outlook email address as the secondary email. Eventually I realized that I didn't need my Yahoo email account anymore, so I deleted it, forgetting that it was being used as the primary email for my Firefox account. Now I can't remove my Outlook email from my Firefox account without verifying my Yahoo email account, and I can't even delete the Firefox account since it was made under the Yahoo email account as a primary email address.

Now I can't use my Outlook email address to create a new Firefox account either.

When I got up this morning, I receved an email that a new device was logged in to my firefox account before an hour or so.

All my passwords are synced to firefox account. I am afraid and want to know what all information is stolen. I immediately removed old devices from accounts page under connected services. However, I see peculiar - 'unknown' device which I can not sign out.

If I indicate either of the Documents or Desktop folders as the preferred save location, both of those folders present as being empty when in fact they both have numerous files/directories. Even if I try to save in "+ Other Locations", those locations are limited to the same as presented in the 'Browse' window of Home, Desktop, Documents and Downloads. Only the Downloads folder displays correctly.

Also as a result of this limited save location, I can only retrieve a file from the Downloads folder (the attached file was saved in my Documents folder but I had to move it to Downloads.

Why does the saving behavior behave like this?

I'm not sure what happened, but I was not able to open Firefox after restarting my PC. I currently run Windows 11 on a fully upgraded rig.

Up until today, I have been trouble free. Error 1: "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window."

I tried several options - and have been googling/trying several steps for a couple of hours (after each step, I restarted the PC):

1. Uninstalled and then Reinstalled a fresh copy of Mozilla 2. Attempted to use Command Lines to open Firefox https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/CommandLineOptions 3. Opened Profile Manager and attempted to create a new profile - when I did this the new profile would not display in the Profile Manager, but it would display in the Profiles folder under Appdata [I tried this multiple times] 4. Deleted the profiles.ini file

After deleting the .ini file Error 2: "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible." 1. Uninstalled and then Reinstalled a fresh copy of Mozilla 2. Opened Profile Manager and attempted to create a new profile. After following the Profile Wizard, another error pops up: "An unexpected error has prevented your changes from being saved."

I am completely stumped. I hope you can help, Sean

Hello everyone.

I've been having some issues with Mozilla lately. I don't know if my CPU is in bad condition or not but, when I change tabs through my Windows, say changing tabs from Mozilla to Spotify and changing it back to Mozilla, my CPU gets very full, causing my cursor to lag, and Mozilla to be unresponsive for a couple of seconds first and it gets kinda worse as I continue to use my PC, causing the lag to occur for over 10 seconds.

I have seen some similar complaints on the web but they date back to 2014ish times.

What do you think? Is it somewhat my CPU's problem or did Mozilla's handling get worse over a patch or something?

I enjoy Mozilla and don't want to quit using it. Any help would be much appreciated.
