For the last couple of weeks Firefox occasionally has a 30 second-ish delay when loading web pages. Not always, and no pattern I have noticed, but enough that I have changed my default browser to Edge (which loads the same pages quickly) until it is fixed. Anyone know how to fix it? I would rather use Firefox to help keep it alive as a viable alternative to the Google and Microsoft offerings.

My Firefox version is current, running current and fully patched Win11 on a fairly new Asus Zenbook.

I have installed/uninstalled firefox many number of times, yet the browser is crashing. It is not showing the troubleshooting button as well, it disappears in less than a second. How to i open firefox in troubleshooting mode when i am unable to see the menu. As soon as i open browser it crashes in background.

It seems that since installing 113.0, none of my streaming services (Netflix, HBOMax and SkyShowtime will no longer run in full screen mode without displaying strange borders on the screen. This problem is on my Win7 laptops. And Netflix will not run on my Win11 laptop displaying the error code F7701-1003.

Can I uninstall this Firefox update or can you provide a fix?

And just so you know, I do not have this problem with the Microsoft Edge browser on the Win11 laptop.

Ever since the new Firefox downloaded this morning, it has been incredibly unresponsive. It takes forever to open a new page, respond to a right-click, or exit. Several times now I've had to resort to Task Manager to stop it.

I have a problem when I open the Amazon seller center URL, prompting PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR, but I can't open it according to the official solution given by Firefox, please help to deal with this problem According to the official guidelines given by Firefox, I did the following: 1、Open the software, click the "Menu" icon in the upper right corner, and select "Options" in the list of options below to enter.

2, after entering the new interface, click on the "Settings" button.

3, and then in the pop-up window, check whether the proxy server is set, if set, then "Do not use proxy server" check the box.

4, if the above method can not solve the problem, you can try to close the Firefox DNS pre-resolution, enter the software, enter "about:config" in the address bar above and enter to open, click the page "accept the risk and continue "button.

5, then enter "network.dns.disablePrefetch" in the search box, and click the "toggle" button on the right side of the results given below, and change the value from " false" to "true", and finally restart the browser.

The problem still exists, please help to deal with this problem, thank you!

I have seen multiple copies of this question, some unanswered, some with the same "answer". All the questions are closed so I cannot reply to them. The "answer" does not work.

I have the "Show tabs from other devices" sidebar. I also can access from "Open application menu" > email address > list of synced tabs. Both methods show me the device name and all of my synced tabs. Neither method has an "open all tabs" option. If I right click my device name nothing happens. If I right click a tab, it opens that one tab. I don't know how many tabs I have on my Android. I have enough tabs that it only shows the infinity symbol instead of the number. It has shown the infinity symbol for a long time and I've opened many more tabs since. It could be hundreds or even thousands of tabs. I have 224 tabs on my laptop. I want to open all 224 laptop tabs plus all however many Android tabs on my laptop at the same time. I'm aware this will cause significant lag on my laptop. I'm not looking for a solution for that or people telling me not to do that. I want to know how to open all of my synced tabs at once on my laptop, without having to click through one by one.

Dear Support people, Firefox now not opening several sites (which open when I cut and paste url into MS Edge). This has become increasingly inconvenient. I have put the respective sites urls in the "Exceptions" files for both cookies and pop-ups. This has sometimes helped, but is not working at all now. I've been with FF for years, but am thinking of switching to another browser now. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!

When I click on 'gmail' it opens in a tech support email search history instead of inbox. I have gone to settings and tried to do something but I don't understand the options.

Why i am getting this error despite this website is operational through CHROME

I'm an old user of Firefox since the Netscape times. For the last few weeks, Firefox become so slow on all my computers.

I have 2GBps internet connection and

• a fast PC (i9 11900/64GB/NVMe SSD RAID/3080Ti, Win 11 for Workstations, wired Ethernet@2.5GBps)
• a once-it-was-fast notebook (i7 8750H+32GB+NVMe SSD, 1660 GTX, Win 11 Pro, wifi 802.11ax >800MBps)
• and a relatively slow notebook (Ryzen 3 2300 or the like, 4GB, Win 10 x64, wifi 802.11n).
• All of them have the latest op system, drivers, firmware, etc.

A common scenario:

• I try to open a webpage in Firefox, nothing happens;
• I switch to Chrome (or Opera, Edge), open the same page, it opens in 1-2s;
• I switch back to Firefox that is still at the middle of loading the page;

I can play it on all the 3 equipment, the result is the same: Ff is much slower than any other browser on my PCs.

There is one common app that is present on all the machines: my paid-for security package that I won't turn off. If Firefox has any problem with it (that Chrome, Opera and Edge don't have), Ff must go (with my regrets).

I tried to turn off all the plugins but it didn't help. I don't think it's plugin related as Ff is still so slow w/o any plugin enabled.

If you could give me a hint where to look for the cause that would be great.

Firefox will not play videos from any site, including YouTube, Twitter plays in home screen but does not play in full screen mode, FoxNews or any site. I hear audio but there is no video. Firefox automatically updated Friday May 12 2023 and I don't know if that update had a glitch. I tried reinstalling firefox and it still didn't work. I cleared all history, cookies, cache, etc and still does not work.
