Hi team,

Since March 18th, 2024, users have encountered latency issues when attempting to log in to ee.co.uk/shop, adversely affecting our company, Torry Harris Integration Solutions, and leading to significant revenue losses. While the issue persists, it's notable that users are experiencing smooth login operations on browsers like Chrome and Edge, suggesting a potential browser-specific compatibility or optimization problem. Immediate investigation into this disparity, along with addressing server overload, network congestion, or database performance issues, is critical to restoring seamless functionality across all browsers and mitigating revenue impact effectively.

Thanks Regards, Gaurav Kumar Torry Harris Integration Solutions.

Recently, when first logging into Facebook, the entries in my feed will just sit there and refresh for a while before finally settling in and stopping. Then when I start scrolling, I can only go so far and it starts doing it again. Rather peculiar action. Something to do with auto refresh? I don't encounter the issue when using Safari or Opera. Appreciate anything on this issue.

Received an error message Platform version 124.0.2 not compatible min/max version >=124.01.... Solution on Mozilla was to refresh uninstall/ etc. and not remove data; that choice about no removing data didn't come up. now all my bookmarks are gone, and when i tried to restore backup, the latest was oct 2022 and didn't have but a few bookmarks. Can these be pulled from anywhere else?

I currently am using Nightly and running Windows 10 on a dual monitor setup. I switched to it after it was suggested to me by this forum to resolve an issue that all my browser windows were opening in one monitor on reboot and restore. Nightly did indeed resolve that.

Because of the type of research I do, I may at any time have a hundred or more browser windows open with multiple tabs in each. When I was running regular Firefox, I would have to reboot every third day or so when my computer would start to bog down. The browsers would get slow to respond or stop responding.

Since switching to Nightly, I have found that I sometimes have to reboot multiple times a day with even less browser windows active.

I know Nightly is beta and has many updates required often. Should I move back to Firefox? Has Firefox resolved the issue with all windows being opened in a single monitor? Are their any settings, third party add ons, etc that can prevent my computer from bogging down (something that keeps the browser from using resources even when a particular window isn't in focus).

Since yesterday, occassionally while using Facebook or Messenger, the tab crashes. Earlier today on the Messenger side, after reopening the Messenger tab after it crashes, it crashed again. It doesn't occur on other websites and the app doesn't crash, only the tab.

Using Firefox on "troubleshoot mode" doesn't have an issue when accessing when I visit those for a few minutes and with only one or two tabs open, and I'm afraid of visiting these sites for a while because it may crash again. Occurs on both Windows and Mac.

Crashed signature leads to: "js::gc::AllocSite::incTenuredCount", and I have no idea what does it mean. For my Mac the reason for the crash is "EXC_BAD_ACCESS / KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE", while for Windows, reason is "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ".

Heres from my Mac: bp-b882a473-a8a5-496f-8a14-d9d190240403

I will add additional crash IDs from my Windows. Idk what is the problem currently, is it with the add-ons installed, Facebook, or Firefox itself? The RAM is fine.

Hello, sorry for distrubing,

I have a problem with css transition since last update. Since last update, css transition on scroll is lagging. Any other browser is doing it fine, firefox was doing it fine too before last update. You can see it, for example, on page https://www.albixon.com/ . On scroll, the page content is sliding smoothly by css transition.

Thank you, Jan

As the title says, I experience stutter frequently when using the scroll wheel click to scroll. It's not exactly consistent in timing, but I'd say every second or less. It may be happening when scrolling normally as well, but if it is I can't tell.

Trying to google for a potential fix, I found a reddit thread suggesting to look at the WEBRENDER entries in about:support, though that's where it ended because the individual that posted the thread had no issues there. As the attached image shows, there are multiple NVIDIA_REFRESH_RATE_MIXED error codes, in WEBRENDER_COMPOSITOR and WEBRENDER_DCOMP_PRESENT. This makes some sense, as my main monitor is 144hz, and my tv, also connected to my GPU, is 120hz. I have a 3070 Ti FE, which I also used in my previous computer, which I remember having no stuttering in firefox with.

I also found that if I force the GPU to run at a higher speed (not overclocked, just at the advertised speed rather than the reduced speed it normally offers when doing non-intensive tasks like browsing the web), the stutter goes away.

I tried various about:config settings, like mousewheel.system_scroll_override.enabled from true to false, layout.frame_rate from -1 to 144 (this didn't seem to fix it, and made scrolling choppier in general, almost as though I'd turned off smooth scrolling though not as severe), though nothing seemed to help.

I'd greatly appreciate any help anyone can offer.

This has been happening for months now, on multiple devices (I have tried at least 3 different devices), and on multiple networks.

I have read the articles in here, but they just want me to check network configuration which is exactly the same for all browsers.

If I restart firefox it starts working again.

How can I prevent it from breaking randomly? This is the only browser having issues, I'm almost positive is some bug and not a configuration thing, given that it happens under multiple circumstances and devices, while Edge and Chrome simply keep working just fine.

There is no consistent repro I can give, afaik it is just random, at some point Firefox just decides to stop working and I have to restart it. This disrupts my work and browsing activities as I can lose progress on input forms and similar actions.

When I run firefox on WSL2, buttons dont work on any pop up windows. Foe example when installing a firefox extention - it will download and pop up a small window at the top right to add the extentionto firefox. The buttons dont work. Another example is when opening up the firefox menu bar (hamburger bar) - it will pup up a small window to allow to open up settings, go to add ons, open bookmarks or history. The buttons dont work. Last example is the pop up window for this Ash your question page for firefox support - When clicking "Which topic best described your question - it will pop up a small window to select what type of question Im gonna ask. The buttons dont work.

I dont know how to fix this. I restarted, deleted my firefox profile, started of safe mode, nothing worked. How do I solve this issue?
