When I try to login to Facebook I can't and a screen appears with

"Sorry! Something went wrong :(

This happens even in Troubleshooting Mode …

Exactly the same issue with DuckDuckGo browser but no difficulties with Safari where I can login to Facebook as usual …

Can Firefox do anything to recover all of the downloads I'd saved until I accidentally had CCleaner erase everything? I don't know what else was deleted, but getting them back would be a big help.

After the most recent Firefox update, my background colors are black, they were white before the update. I have attempted to change the settings for the background, no improvement.

I contacted the place that put my laptop PC together for me, one of their service techs spent close to an hour attempting the sames steps I tried. Did not fix. They said if they learn anything, they'll contact me.

Hello. I frequently shop at particular store and have never had a problem.

Now, it's off and on. One order will go through with the help of their customer service (doing a direct purchase). Then a few weeks later I don't have a problem and can order without assistance. Now, once again, I can't purchase anything. Once my credit card goes through my address disappears. Then I add my address again and then my credit card is deleted. When my address or my credit card is deleted the order has in bold red letters telling me to add it again. I've tried Chrome after Firefox had issues but it had an issue too.

Is there something I can disable while I shop? I'm not having any problems with any other sites. Thank you!

I am unable to print after upgrade to ver 144.0 The print preview just spins. I can print these web pages using Edge. This same thing happens with new version of Thunderbird. Can't print email either. John Stark

For the past few days to a week Firefox has failed to load some websites such as Amazon or Login.gov. I tried accessing the same sites using Edge and it worked fine. So it is not a problem with the sites. I do not believe I have changed my settings, although there is a new version of AdGuard which may have something to do with it. I believe the problem started with the update of Firefox on Nov 18, however. I am using Duck Duck Go, but have the same problem using Google as my default search engine. I do notice that I have a message in settings saying my browser is being managed by my organization and showing this : ImportEnterpriseRoots. I am an individual user, so am not sure what that means or if it is related. In any case, I need help figuring out how to fix this. I do not want to use Edge but may have to if I cannot get this fixed.

I attempted to put in an address of what I thought was a website today on mozilla. I soon found out that it was not available or a proper website.

Now I am getting alarming notices with heading Mozilla Firefox all via what looks like an Indian website, saying 1. Click to secure your 2. Trojan detected Fix it now. 3. Critical Error. Click here to remove them.

I have not clicked on any part apart from the x top right to remove the notifications. I can send photos of them

I have scanned with my Windows Security repeatedly and nothing.

PS. The messages are obstinate to remove and it takes effort to x them.

I opened Firefox this morning and all of my pinned shortcuts have disappeared. Shortcuts are enabled in the settings. I checked the browser.newtabpage.pinned pref on the about:config and all of my pinned shortcuts are still there, but they're not appearing on the actual page itself. Are there any other settings that I'm not aware of?

I updated firefox through apt, and since then, have not been able to log into twitch I am on ubuntu 24

apt list --installed | grep firefox firefox/mozilla,now 144.0.2~build1 amd64 [installed]

Attempting to log in returns the generic "Your browser is not currently supported"

I think this might be more of a Google issue, but it happens when using Firefox so I'll post it here. As of Jun 25, 2025, I have noticed dark black boxes appearing around my Google search results. I normally use a dark theme in Google, but the color is a muted grey/black. Today, however, dark black boxes have begun appearing around my search result. I really dislike the appearance as it is quite jarring. Interestingly enough, this issue only happens when signed into a Google account. Some Reddit users have reported having the same issue even in other browsers when using Google search. It seems to be something that Google has done on thier end but I was wondering if there was a potential workaround in the meantime.

Bonjour, je ne peux plus me connecter à ma boite mail hotmail.com depuis la version 144.0.2 (64bits) de Firefox Je suis avec Windows 11 famille 64 bits - 24H2 et 25H2 (j'ai essayé avec les 2 versions) avec un compte local. Je choisis de me connecter avec un mot de passe et après avoir validé le mot de passe, j'arrive sur une page qui me dit d'utiliser un autre appareil ou une autre méthode de connexion. Je joins les fenêtres de connexion étape par étape Avec Google Chrome (que je ne veux pas utiliser), je me connecte sans problème à ma boite mail avec les même étapes décrites ci-dessus. This is not the first time you have sent an email to me indicating I should "View all sites where your info is exposed", and each time I receive your emails the sites you suggest are sites I have never seen before, let alone logged into with a password.

I use a Password Organizer Book, with all of my logins and passwords for each site I use. I do not use a password app, and have NEVER used a password app. Each time I go to the website you suggest, It's always a site I have never seen before so it would be impossible to login and change the password. I always check my Password Organizer Book to make sure.

I don't know what you want me to do since I cannot login to the website you are suggesting. Is there action I should be taking? I don't know what it would be, but if you know please let me know.
