i have a problem with Rightmove.co.uk webpages. On the webpage where you can see house plans, I zoom into the plan, and the plan just cannot be moved anymore and zoomed as well. I entered Firefox in troubleshooting mode without any extensions enabled and the same issue happened still. I tested the Brave and Chrome, no problems there. I tested Firefox latest version and also the ESR version, both had the same issue. I am using Firefox 105.0.1 on a Windows 11 computer. I have sufficient gpu and cpu power to run 4k videos in full screen with no choppiness or lag. However, when I exit full screen mode it seems as if frames are being skipped. I am using LocalCDN, Ublock Origin, and container tabs.

Is there any reason for this to be occuring?

When signing in to my Barclays On Line account,the 2nd page of the sequence is distorted such that one vital box can only be seen my reducing the page to 65%. This happens on two PC's both are using Firefox. Browsing with Edge gives no problem! One PC is running win 10 the other Win11 - both have Norton 360 AV. Is this a FF or Barclays problem?

I can no longer play WORDLE on Firefox - I get a blank page I have to use CHROME to play and PREFER to use FIREFOX

I have set Firefox to delete every cookie when I exit. However some websites use cookies for dark mode. My question is this : can I make it so Firefox continues to delete every cookie but save only some specific cookies For exemple, linkedin uses a dozen of cookies and two of them are used to store value for dark mode. Can i save only those two ?

I run my own DNS and its managed locally. And while I can move it back manually, I keep finding the setting changed. So I need to find out how I can get control of my machines, OR I have to yank FF from every machine at the house. What can I do to force the machines to use MY DNS and not bypass the security I have put in place.

Having to go to each machine and do this weekly is not a good idea.

when reopening closed tabs it doesn't open last closed tabs, it only opens closed tabs in the window you are using. so if you have closed a window it doesn't reopen like it does on chrome

Hello. My Windows 10 suddenly crashed, so I reinstalled on a new hard drive, with the latest version of Firefox. My old Firefox, was completely up to date but still used the Key3.db file for my saved logins, and it will not work with the newest version. I tried creating a new profile and pasting the logins.json and key3.db files, as suggested by an old Firefox KB article, but that doesn't work any more. Is there any way for me to get the saved logins out of the older JSON file with the Key3 file? I desperately need help with this, and would appreciate any that someone could give.

I used safe mode to find out if an extension was causing a problem. In safe mode there was no problem. I searched for the extension that is causing it. I went into 'troubleshoot information" for the list of installed extensions but there was no way to disable or remove any of them to find the cause. (The list of extensions in the settings menu showed only one extension and 2 pre-intalled plug ins)

Hi, Since some weeks the Norton Virus Sanner (Smart Scan) tells me that the file

   c\program files\mozilla firefox\00009757.tmp is infected with a trojan horse.

The file is removed. But with the next scan it shows up again.

Do you have any insight in this problem (false alarm, caused by some other program)?

Hello, I'm using a Synology NAS (DS220+) installed on my local network, behind my internet box). This NAS can be accessed both from the local network (https://192.168.1.nn:ppppp) and remotely across Internet (https://subdomain.domain:yyyyy). With Firefox I can access my NAS locally but not remotely. While this works fine with Chrome or Edge.

As my issue looks like another one on your support site ("Page won't load in Firefox, but works fine in any other browser", opened 7/1/21, 3:39AM), I applied part of the proposed solution: run Firefox in troubleshooting mode, cleared history, cookies, cache; did a refresh; removed then reinstalled Firefox, created a brand new profile. Without success.

Hi all; once again and seemingly too often, a Win 10 BSOD and Firefox was reset and where are my bookmarks ? Normally I had them on the LHS of the page but this is getting too much as I cannot find them anymore. Can someone give me a nudge to where I can find them ? rJ

My ability to access saved passwords on regular sites I visit is lost each time I turn my laptop off. This means each time I log onto Mozilla I have to reset Privacy. This does not happen on Microsoft Edge. As I would really like to use Mozilla I would like to sort it out.

My muscle memory has me constantly clicking just slightly to the right of where the furthest right tab is. It feels weird stretching alllll the way right or alll the way left. I've tried both spots and it just feels unatural to me. Obvioulsy I'll get used to it after a while its just I'd like it to be back to where I'm used to it being.

Today the autofill feature for passwords / username stopped working on Protonmail login. Windows 10. Specifically the username option. I have two accounts and formerly could select which account. Now i have to enter the username manually, however the password tab still works for password autofill / selection. This is the only site I am having this issue with.

When going full-screen on video, the browser doesn't show the full-screen the first time.

For example, when I want to view a full-screen video on YouTube/Disney/Netflix/Prime Video, I select the full-screen button as usual. However the top left-hand side corners always show a thin blue hue. The thin blue hue only goes away when I leave full-screen and re-select it.

Any ideas on what might be causing this? My browser is up-to-date

I have been having issues with the checkout page of my website. My problem was most likely coming from our payment provider causing issues with updates. I switched payment plugins until it gets fixed. (In case you would like to know the extent of my troubleshooting. I ended up installing a brand new wordpress install on a subdomain and the error still occurred.)

This is most likely not related to my initial payment provider issue. When I view issues in the console I keep getting error messages. These issues affect my ability to use the checkout page on my Firefox. We are currently processing payments successfully. These errors do not show up on Chrome.

I can't tell if this is happening to everyone or just me. I don't know which resources were blocked or where to fix this. My website and my server do not have a CSP. I have been looking for an answer for over a week before attempting to try asking here. Every issue I have noticed in the past week on my site has been one big red herring after another.
