I need to enlarge the font on the bookmarks toolbar as I have a visual impairment. I can find ideas for the regular toolbar, but not for the bookmarks toolbar...oh, and I am working on a Mac.

I downloaded the latest version of Firefox. The directions tell me to open the file that i just downloaded, which is fine, except that I don't know the file name or location. What is it, and where is it? or how do I f find out?

I updated my MAC OS, my Firefox IS up to date. My RING website Log-In no longer works on Firefox, yet is DOES work using Safari, which I never use. Is there a setting on the latest Firefox I can change so I can access my RIng account from my Desktop browser? It DID work last month

The "restore previous session" function stopped working today. My privacy and security sessions are set to REMEMBER HISTORY. I have restarted my Mac. I have the latest version of Firefox. Why does it no longer work?

I have a 2012 MacBook Pro, still using maverick's … I tried to upgrade Mozilla and now it doesn’t work.

I am shy of what’s needed to run the latest Firefox version and I’m not able to buy a newer laptop, how can I get restated again with the version that will still work on my MacBook ?.

Firefox is stuck in a loop! After installing the 145 update, it just keeps asking me to sign into with my admin credentials to install "a new helper tool" over and over. After entering my password nothing happens and when I try to relaunch, the FF icon just bounces. ("Force Quit" shows that the application is not responding.) After multiple attempts, I rebooted my laptop, but it didn't help, as I still get the request for installing the helper too. I'm in the midst of multiple project deadlines and this is very frustrating! Thanks in advance for your help.

Regardless of website Accordion controls don't work / open to show information. These controls work fine in other browsers and work fine on the same sites. Is there a setting I am missing. it also works on other macs I own. Thanks

I accidentally downloaded a newer version of Firefox on my iMac but it is too old to run it. Now I have no way to download an older version that I use to have. Don’t have any suggestions? Thanks

I want to download and install Firefox on my new iMac. As administrator it downloads but the instellation won't run. As a user it downloads and I can move the icon into the application folder. Firefox then opens but it won't run. Everything is frozen. What is going on??

In some pages, redaer view shows the wrong text -- it looks like it picks up text from a hyperlink. An example is this page:

I am using Firefox 134.0 on MacOS (Sequoia 15.2)

Yesterday I could access my passwords saved in Firefox, but today there were only two & those were in an open window for passwords. How can I recover my list of passwords, please? I'm using a MacBook Air with an M3 chip, Sequoia 15.3.1 Thanks so much!

I have a user at my job that installed the latest Firefox update (13324.11.21) through our MDM. After installing this update she cannot launch Firefox. When attempting to launch she receives a request for a username and password to install a Helper Tool. She is an admin on her machine and enters her credentials. The message closes and nothing happens. When attempting to launch again the same thing happens. This is not happening with our other 100 Macs who have the same Firefox version and others who have the same OS.

Is anyone able to tell me why this is happening or how to fix? Any assistance is very much appreciated.

The below troubleshooting steps have been done:

Uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox

Updated the OS to 15.0.1

Disabled the Master Password on Firefox through a Mac Profile

Checked if there was a Firefox file under /Library/PrivlegedHelperTools

Granted Full Disk Access to Firefox under System Settings

For the last month or so every time I restart Firefox (macOS 15.1.1) it asks for the master password, which I have saved in a third party password manager. Every time the prompt pops up I use my password and it won't accept it so I have to reset my password. This week I deleted the app from my computer, rebooted, redownloaded Firefox, and reinstalled it without any change in the behavior. Anyone have any ideas?

I contacted Apple and they couldn't fix Firefox not working on my MacBook Pro (error: page can’t be displayed, server error). This started after I upgraded to iOS Sequoia 15.0. I disabled my VPN and also reinstalled the Firefox app and it is still not working. Apple says Mozilla may need to release a new update. Please advise what you or I can do to fix the issue. Note: I can access the Firefox page using Safari and Edge so it’s not an internet connection issue.

I have old 15 year old mac el capitan -10.11.r with outdated firefox 78.15.0esr 64-bit.... in perfect condition. Unfortunately I can not make updates on browser anymore. Online banking websites does not allow me to use this outdated browser. Would you be so kind to make even paid update for me? Or at least let me know what settings I should change under about:config

We have two Macbook Air computers, both using Firefox. On one of them the cursor no longer works on a particular website. Both laptops have Firefox 301.03.

The website tech help said Firefox was not compatible with their site but the problem is only one of the computers. What could be causing the problem?

I have looked over this computer high and low for any profile files in every way recommended on this website. I can't find it, regardless of what I put into terminal or what settings I change. This was a problem before the update to tahoe too.

I use Zen Browser, and since updating my MacBook to the latest OS, Seqouia, my Zen Browser iCloud Passwords extension doesn't work. I'm prompted to update my MacOS to Sonoma or newer, which I've, of course, done. I'm wondering if there is a workaround or if this is simply a bug that needs fixing.

I am unable to remove add on themes. The remove button is not provided. Only manage which enables the theme. I do not want these themes and want them removed now. mac ios
