I wish to save my bookmarks in alphabetical order, first the folders and then any bookmarks that have not yet been allocated to a specific folder. This used to be possible as I gave reorganised the older bookmark folders are in alphabeical order previously. This seems to be no longer posible. I can reorganise them in View but cannot save them. Hello, In old versions of Firefox picture-in-picture mode was "always on top" by default, now "always on top" mus to be enabled every time I pop-out every video. Is there any solution to make picture-in-picture mode "always on top" by default?

Hi, some years ago sending tabs to a device worked fine, but for some time now it stopped working. Is it just me or is it a general bug? All my devices are listed in my account. It also shows that they are updated frequently. I tried sending from Windows-Firefox to Android-Firefox and back. Nothing worked. What can I do? Best regards, Eric

New FF version colors the active tab and page to an ugly and very annoying yellow. How do I turn that OFF? It's neither pleasing nor necessary, and I, for one, hate it.

I have used mozilla firefox for at least two decades as my main browser. However about a day ago I closed a window (ei. X'ed out) and all of my windows closed AND were unrecoverable via 'restore session'

This now happens all the time. I may have a couple windows open - I close one and they all close - not TABS - WINDOWS. As I am handling personal finances, academics and business, I cannot work like this. I cannot keep every window I open forever open so that I do not loose another. I am forced to use another browser until the problem is fixed.

I was also VERY disappointed to find that I could not just ask a question without signing in. This is absolutely ridiculous. Just help people who use your stuff. Why do I have to be a member to point out a problem or ask a question? I'll bet you are missing volumes of helpful feedback because folks are tired of having to announce themselves before pointing out a glitch and just move on as I almost did. That in turn leaves dedicated users dealing with a glitch for longer.

I am using the latest Windows 10 on a modern machine.

Last time I tried backing up my bookmarks, they were saved in a file that was basically a list, a list that can't be imported back to Firefox bookmarks, but just a list. I would like to know if there's a way to actually export and import bookmarks with one click, rather than me having to add 200 pages from the list manually. When I tried importing the file, the list ended up somewhere random and not where bookmarks are

Hi, As of 2 days ago I am unable to load the above site in Firefox. I have a Windows 11 PC, a Linux Mint PC and an Android phone. It won't load on any of them but works fine in Chrome. I have cleared the cache and site data. Any assistance would be appreciated.

We have 5 devices and have always been able to log in to any or all of them. Now, we can only log in from our laptop. I have entered the login data manually and with Norton 365. The only device we can get logged in on is the laptop. All of the devices are running the latest version of Firefox. I have cleared the cache re-booted all of them with no change.

Hello all,

I recently switched to Firefox and so far I am loving it. I'm having one issue though. I sell items on Ebay for a living and when I am filling out the field for "item specifics" every time I enter the field the magnifying glass icon is overlapping the text field, and it blocks the first couple letters I type. I'll provide a screenshot below. I've tried everything to fix it but I'm basically out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm fine with removing the magnifying glass icon all together or just having it position correctly.

Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit Firefox. Firefox has crashed daily for the last week. Firefox and windows are up to date. Latest crash report is bp-d098dc67-4cd0-4bfa-a9ed-94d1d0240218. Any idea what is happening? What other information is needed?

Before, when I started to write an address, firefox did not remember and I have to write it. That was fine. Now, it remembers everything and everything is kept in the history despite I close the private and open it again. Any other person can open the private again and see the last thing you were doing. No real private browsing, no fun
