Trying to browse to a website that I know is safe, but it's an old site and it looks like the security certificate is expired. I'm getting:

I cannot find a way to bypass this or turn this off. Why is there no option to do this (when there has been in previous versions)?

I went into setting and made sure spellcheck is enabled and it is, but there are no other options there. I did exactly what it said on your help article and right clicked in the text box on multiple different web pages and there is NO OPTION. It should not be this complicated.

Unable to access the login and primary password link. this doesn't show up on my accounts page. My accounts page does not "privacy & security" option. The lack of a primary password is blocking me from getting some online personal info I need.

I received an email and my practice is not to open links in emails. The link was from Bed Bath and Beyond. FireFox would not open the link but Microsoft Edge did. Is there a potential security problem that I am not aware of or a problem with FireFox?

I have an MS Surface Pro, Windows 10, Firefox is my default browser - all software is up to date. When I click on a You Tube video the screen goes black after a few seconds- the audio continues to play but the screen is totally black.

After installing some add ons (video download helper, privacy badger, ad blocker, facebook container) they are installed according to add-ons manager but don't show on the tool bar.

Recently when I open Gmail it opens and everything is on the left side of screen. There are no graphics just letters on left side. How can I restore back to normal web browser page? If I use another browser Gmail looks normal.

I am trying to log on to Walmart.com and Firefox requires me to sign into my Walmart account in order to access their web page. Is there a setting in Firefox that will enable me to go directly to their webpage without having to enter my Walmart account sign in/logon information each time I want to search for a product on their webpage? In the past, I was always able in the past to access walmart.com without a sign in but I suspect that a recent update to Firefox on my computer now makes me log on to my Walmart account rather than going directly to their webpage. A Tech Support person said that I will have to use Google Chrome rather than Firefox. Is there a way I can access walmart.com directly through Firefox? I really don't want to use Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Is there any way to view devices that have previously been connected to my firefox account if they are no longer connected? My phone and laptop were stolen and I'm trying to find the IMEI of the phone.

I prefer to use Firefox as my browser but it will not allow me to access my online banking site. When I use Chrome, it allows me access so the problem is Firefox and something must be blocking my bank's website. Help please.

I have an account set up with the primary email as an old school email which is no longer functional, but it also has my current email as an additional email. This means when I attempt to use my current email it says I must log in with the primary account. Attempting to log into the primary account fails as when I even try to do a password reset it errors saying that the email bounced, because again the email is no longer valid.

How can I unlink my new email from this account?

When you start typing a URL and Firefox starts offering suggestions based on URLs you've visited before, normally you can use the down arrow to highlight one, then hold SHIFT and pres DEL, and it will remove that listing.

For some reason, that isn't working for me anymore. Even when I click the little "..." and select Remove From History...nothing happens.

Currently running Firefox 116.0.2 (64-bit) on Windows 10 64-bit. Not sure what's going wrong here; this function worked in the past but now it doesn't for some reason.

I am forwarding a domain (Domain 1) to a page within a website (Domain 2). It works on other browsers but not Firefox.

I have done this successfully before, forwarding a domain (Domain 3) to a different page with the website (Domain 2).

I have tried clearing cache/cookies, refreshing Firefox, uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox, using incognito mode on Firefox. Nothing works.

Why does the page load successfully in other browsers, but not Firefox?

If you disable an add-on does it stop collecting the information that the Permissions you accepted at installation allow?

There are add-on's which I would use selectively so I would turn one on, use it, and then disable it (rather than remove it) to prevent it from collecting information when don't not need it.
