As usual on forums, none of the subject choices exactly fit my situation/problem, so I apologize for any unintended misdirection.
How do I uninstall Privacy Badger. It's been disabled, but not uninstalled. Please be specific as to keystrokes, screens, boxes, location of item. Many instructions tend to overuse computer jargon or common industry synonyms used daily within their sphere, which a laymen cannot easily translate, and often raise more questions than they answer. Installed on my Firefox browser. Thank you in advance.

In Firefox, I have several windows open, each with many tabs. (And BTW, I love the Firefox tab-organization feature.) I would like to empty the cache and delete all cookies. Will that close the open tabs? Is there a way to delete the cookies, empty the cache and preserve all windows & tabs?
Thank you!

I cannot connect with my on-line banking site. When I try, I get the message "Bad Request--Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit. I am able to access the site using another browser, so there cannot be a problem with the site itself. This situation has only existed since Firefox did an update. So, the problem must lie with Firefox. If it is not fixed, then I fear that I will have to discontinue using Firefox as my online browser. Please have someone from technical support contact me. [edited email from community support forum]

I'm afraid I picked up malware despite Sophos due to this message upon routine searches, e.g. "Where's the nearest pet store". About this page Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot. Why did this happen? I'm afraid to enter any passwords on here, to order anything, and especially engage in banking. I'm in a rental using WiFi, Thank You, Eileen

Accessing Planefinder.com. Have done so many times. After checking on a flight multiple times today, I acquired a notice that said I was blocked from accessing. Is this a scam? It says I entered a word or phrase that was unacceptable and thus am blocked. I can still use Planefinder on my cell phone. I only enter the plane information that is called for. What is going on?

When I try to log in to my account with Amazon Prime, Firefox freezes as soon as I hit the Continue button after entering the username and password. I can't open or close tabs or do anything. I don't have this problem with the Amazon account in any other browser.
Any ideas why this happens and how to fix it?

For many years, I've used a utility called DropZone in my menubar, which (among other things) allows documents to be automatically sorted into user-created locations (e.g., folders in the Finder).
Last night, suddenly, each time I drag a photo from Firefox to DropZone, a large window called "Action Console" opens, displaying a bunch of text. Here's a typical message that's displayed:
[Launching task with command line: runner.rb task-26498]
Task description file task-26498:
ACTION: "/Applications/- Misc. apps/Dropzone 4.app/Contents/Actions/Move Files.dzbundle" EVENT: "dragged" VARIABLE: "support_folder" "/Users/mervynwarren/Library/Application Support/Dropzone" VARIABLE: "dragged_type" "files" VARIABLE: "app_version" "4.80.66" VARIABLE: "apple_silicon" "1" VARIABLE: "os_version" "26.0.0" VARIABLE: "path" "/Users/mervynwarren/Pictures/iTunes art" VARIABLE: "tmp_folder" "/var/folders/7l/ldzhrwyx1v1dy2tky3c1_y640000gn/T/"
Determinate: 1 Begin_Message: Moving files... /Applications/- Misc. apps/Dropzone 4.app/Contents/Actions/lib/filecopy.rb:13:in `do_copy': undefined method `each' for nil:NilClass (NoMethodError) from /Applications/- Misc. apps/Dropzone 4.app/Contents/Actions/Move Files.dzbundle/action.rb:27:in `dragged' from /Applications/- Misc. apps/Dropzone 4.app/Contents/Actions/lib/runner.rb:77:in `call' from /Applications/- Misc. apps/Dropzone 4.app/Contents/Actions/lib/runner.rb:77:in `<main>'
[Task completed]
Ironically, although the last line says "Task completed," the task I was attempting to perform (moving a photo into a given folder) is in fact NOT comleted at all.
Further observations:
This behavior is not displayed in Safari. In Safari, images continue to be moved to the desired folder, as intended.
I googled "action console keeps opening in Firefox," and I performed 4 troubleshooting steps that google AI suggested (including launching Firefox into troubleshooting mode). Unfortunately, in troubleshooting mode, the behavior persists, which suggests that this has nothing to do with any add-ons.
I also created a new, test profile—but even in the test profile, the behavior persists.
So, I'm stumped. After years of using Firefox, this behavior has appeared out of nowhere—and I cannot figure out why, nor how to fix it.
Any further suggestions?

In the last couple of years I have found webforms on Firefox seem to omit links or progress buttons like CONTINUE. When I check with the issuer or my colleagues I find they all use CHROME.
I have wasted a great deal of time on what I would have thought is a Minimum requirement issue.
Please give me one reason why I should stay with Firefox and not change to Chrome
thank you
