why always my mozilla broswer keeps crashing i am worried about this i have reported this many times but no response I request you to find some solution for my problem.

I'm having an issue with Netflix, i am unable to play anything there at all. It always shows a message saying "firefox is installing components needed to play the audio or video on this page" and refuses to load anything, showing an error, F7701-1003.

After some investigation, i found out that the issue is with Firefox not loading "Widevine Content Decryption Module provided by Google Inc.". I have seasrched and tried several troubleshooting processes, and was unable to find a solution. Refreshing, reinstalling, manually deleting the profile folder, all fails

On my Firefox (in Linux, at least), doing Ctrl+H toggles the History sidebar (opening it on the left side, or, hiding the sidebar completely).

How can I disable this?

A Trojan was detected in favicons.sqlite-shm by BitDefender, the report said it blocked it (see screen-cap). Soon after, I wasn't able to load Firefox, Opera Browser and Thunderbird. Tying to access them would start a popup dialog box stating that"Firefox is already running" and I'd would be asked to either cancel or stop. Pressing either option wouldn't allow access to Firefox etc., I had my computer scanned professionally and was told they didn't think the Trojan was still active and they managed to restore access to Firefox and Thunderbird, this took 2 hours.

I remain unconvinced my computer is free of the Trojan for various issues, including a corrupted winload.efi file (I have already attempted and failed to fix this) that won't allow Windows Defender to scan in Offline mode. Various other issues such a slow applications and occasionally flickering screen suggests the Trojan might still be active.

I'd greatly appreciate if anyone has information or experience dealing with particular issue.

Scans such as, Kaspersky, Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, etc. have been run and found nothing.

I want to use my own unsigned addon with my daily browsing. But I found out that firefox hates it's user base by making xpinstall.signatures.required option in about:config only available to dev builds.

If I use firefox dev build will I loose on performance? For example is it compiled with debug symbols that slow down code execution? And if so, is it somehow possible to get the release version of firefox where xpinstall.signatures.required is set false so that I would not loose because of dev build?

Why won't Firefox load this link: https://www.star.nesdis.noaa.gov/GOES/index.php? This is a government service and Firefox won't connect to the site. It is the NOAA GOES satellite imagery service. Please advise.

With another new MacOS update coming soon, I'm curious to know whether Firefox will continue to support older MacOS versions like Mojave and Catalina. I have an almost perfectly functional MacBook Pro first released in 2012 and curious whether Firefox will make it easier or harder to continue using it.

There was an article posted in my slack that I opened, which opened in an internal view in slack with the three dot menu indicating it was powered by firefox. This seems akin to the Chrome webview stuff on Android but my terminology may be wrong. I wanted to share this article with a different group so from the three dot menu I clicked copy link and nothing was copied. I got no toasts or notification bubbles it just nothing happened.

Please let me know what other information you need or if there's a better way to put bug reports in, I'm now just migrating over to Firefox.

A few of my sub-folders within my bookmarks do not show up in the Toolbar and Sidebar. The same bookmarks' sub-folder are present in the Bookmarks library (that's accessed from Firefox settings).

Could you please help with how I can get these sub-folders to show up in the Toolbar/Sidebar, please.

Some web pages displayed by Firefox are dull and unreadable e.g., https://www.vedantalimited.com/eng/investor-relations-shareholder-information.php#scheme_arrangement I have not made any specific display setting, have tested with default settings and also change of themes, but the same dull output. see attached screenshots. The same looks fine under other (Opera) browser

I have tried every solution I can find to restore tab separators for 104.0.1—no luck at all. This includes modifying userChrome.css, which is enabled in about:config. I feel bad about having to bring this up, as it seems to have been well-discussed already. But I'm pretty much at wit's end. Maybe I missed something? Hoping to stick with FF, which I've been using for many years. The run-together tabs are a real tough one, though.

When I browse to ETRADE (ETRADE financial investing pages) they do not display properly. There are many items on the page in which text says what should be showing but does not. Such as: right-arrow or some other icon which does not display properly. This problem is aking the entire ETRADE website unusable.

note: this problem happened a long while ago, then was corrected, and now it is there again.

You go to ETRADE.com (the login page is alright), then go to Markets research,.. US markets and you will see that the Search box and other fields are not correct. This is even worse on the Portfolio page.

Reviewed this question from a year ago. I am having problem signing into Chase.com. The issues are the same as many others have written about. I can't believe this can not be fixed/addressed. If it continues I will be forced to delete Moz://a firefox after many years. Please address and supply personal support options like share screen to help fix issues such as this.

I need help in solving a problem. Using FIREFOX: When I go onto the Chase web site, it displays my account but will not display the page with my last (or previous) statements. It looks like it is working, but the page remains blank. I was finally told by the Chase help desk to try it with Google Chrome -- and, sure enough, it works. I have checked to see what version of Firefox I have and it is: 104.0.1 (64 bit). It says this is the latest. The Chase person told me that they have had calls from customers using Firefox who had the same problem as me. Is there a fix from Firefox for this problem? In the meantime, I will be forced to use Google Chrome when I want to deal with Chase. By the way, American Express is able to display their statements when I am using Firefox without a problem. Also, I was told to try the Chase APP on my iPhone -- and it works too. It seems there is a problem between Firefox and part of the Chase software.

Even though I'm on v104, chase.com says "Firefox version not supported". If I reinstall - same thing. Same website on Edge has no problem.
