When opening the first bookmark of a folder in the bookmark menu (or toolbar) by middle mouse click, Firefox closes. All other bookmarks (second and further) open just fine.
If two or more tabs are open, the "do you really want to close all tabs" pop up appears.
After searching through about:config and not finding anything related, I now think it may be caused by my Logitech drivers? Maybe you already experienced problems with Logitech drivers before and give me a hint...

Hi, My 5 yr old Acer laptop stopped functioning due to a motherboard problem. I have a replacement HP laptop . So instead of repairing the ACER laptop i have removed the HDD and connected it to my HP laptop via USB adapter. I want to transfer the bookmarks on the firefox from the OLD HDD to the firefox in my new HP laptop.
How can i do this . ( All other data on the old HDD is safe and accsessible but i just cant find the bookmarks data of the Firefox )

I checked the Preferences for Firefox, Mail, Safari, and the System Preferences. I don't see anything about RSS feeds. But it seems to me that it must be a preference set somewhere that makes the Firefox RSS button fail.

I would still like to use autocomplete from history and bookmarks from now on, I'd just like to "flush" all old addresses. I've disabled all addons. I do still find the address in some of the support files, i.e., cache.js, cookies.sqlite, places.sqlite, sessionstore.js. Are thosefiles not cleaned by deleting bookmarks/history/etc. ? TY

After reinstalling my system (Win 7 x64) and downloading the latest Nightly build of Firefox, logging in to Sync and syncing my bookmarks, I discovered that the icons are missing (white square with gray outline). After visiting a web page, the icon is set back to normal. The problem is, that I have lots of bookmarks, and it would take an enormous amount of time to visit every page. And on the second hand, with icons its easier to access bookmarks.
