Hi, We have two identical Win 10 computers with Thunderbird installed as email client. Up until June both computers worked fine for email account: [edited] @lvlflyer.digitalspacemail8.net. In June, one of the computers wouldn't download messages, and gave the error message in the above Subject. We've clicked on the "Confirm" button hundreds of times, no luck. The account settings for digitalspace are identical on both computers (password, port, security, etc., etc.). I've researched this topic on your forums, and none of the suggestions work. Help.... Help continuously mentions something about clicking a "shield" to the left of the address bar, yet my up to date Firefox shows no "shield" anywhere i can find. Has an update obviated the need for it, and if so, do we have updated help files to reflect the new control for security, vpn and cookie usage?

Where or to whom can I send a request / recommendation / beg to get the Firefox browser actually to change something? I know what the community will say -- asked and answered. And no disrespect to the community at all -- it's very valuable and has been helpful to me -- but I am interested in putting this request before someone at Mozilla / Firefox who actually has the authority to decide it and do it.

FYI, not to be too mysterious about it, I think the Privacy & Security setting on Notifications would be improved by putting in a permanent option to let a user stop notifications when he or she has taken a screen shot. Allowing it to be paused now requires the user to go back in and change the setting each time he or she opens Firefox. For me, that's dozens of times a day.

On a broader scale, why not give the user the option permanently? We are, I hope, a land and community of people who prefer choice over mandates, even partial ones, when the substance of the choice or mandate does not pose a risk to others.

Provisioning link for RingFree Communications Windows 10 desktop softphone not working in Firefox on windows but works on MAC ??? Has anyone found a work around for this ?

The weird thing....Running Firefox 99.0.1 on a MAC it works fine, but fails everytime for windows. Clicking the provisioning link from my outlook email opening in firefox. Upon clicking on the provisioning like it fails to provision the Ring Freesoft Windows 10 Softphone Desktop client... It works for Chrome and Internet Edge PLEASE HELP

Good afternoon. My name is Tito, I had a lot of logins and passwords for the most of the sites saved in the firefox passwords. I went to another country for vacation and for some reason i lost all of my saved logins. Is there anyway to recover it. one of the advantages of having saved logins nowadays, and because all the passwords get more complex is to save it and in case we forgot we can always check it.. is there anyway i can recover it?? I recently bought a new computer and had my data transferred from the old one, but the vast majority of my passwords have disappeared. Even after copying the logins.json and key4.db files from the "Old Firefox Data" folder, I was only able to recover 8 of my 50+ passwords. I can’t even manually change my passwords one-by-one because I don’t even remember all of my accounts, let alone my passwords.

How do i protect cookies from being deleted in mozilla firefox? I have one account that "doesn't recognize my device" when I enter my user name and password, and requires them to contact me with a code every time I try to log in...It is very annoying!!

Hello, I tried to sign in to my firefox account on a new computer and it appears the rules for password format have changed such that my existing password is too short to be used. How should I proceed to either sign in or reset my password without affecting my existing firefox browsers and lockwise app? Thank you.

I have a new Synology DS420j that requires a secure connection to let me sign in. ATM I can only sign in by scrolling back through my e-mails, finding the relevant one from my first sign-in with the new box and calling that one up.

However, the initial exception has since expired, and I cannot download/instal a new version of such a certificate.
