Trying to login to update one of my many published Firefox plugins. It won't take any code from Google Authenticator (Firefox channel), and it won't take any of my saved recovery codes for Firefox. What's going on? I can't even get any support or ask a question from that account.

BTW, the email for the account in question is [edited email from public] @gmail.com

Of course, I can leave the plugins unsupported, but I don't think that's what you want. Any help will be welcome.

I needed this browser for my iPad. I had downloaded it on my PC recently. No problems at all. But now when I try and add the BTRoblox extension it says download the app. I DID THAT. Then it says finish setting it up. I don’t know what that means. So if there is anything I’m doing wrong let me know. Thanks! JackyBEAR

I am trying to install Firefox on a new iPad. I keep being sent in circles telling me to download it before trying to get extensions. But it shows on the homepage of my unit and appears installed. What am I doing wrong? I have gone to the App Store several times to “open” it.
