Hi,

I'm trying to access my Apple ID (appleid.apple.com). When I select "Sign In" the page hangs and never displays the fields to enter my user name and password. The message I get is "This action could not be completed because of an error. Try again or check back later."

Under Settings > General > Network Settings I selected No proxy and I disabled DNS over HTTPS. But neither of these actions made a difference.

Eventually, I had to use Microsoft Edge to access my account.

Any ideas?

Hi! Upgrading to version 100 has made Firefox completely unusable for me. Every time I open it, the "Password required" popup appears, which is normal. However, whether I enter my primary password or click "Cancel", the popup goes to the background and I cannot close it, nor click on anything in the app. In fact, I cannot even close the app except from the upper menu bar (I'm on OSX). See the attached screenshot to get an idea. Please help!!!

Thunderbird crashes and hangs up many times every day. I am using a macbook pro, OS Monterey, 12.3.1 and Thunderbird 91.9.0 (64-bit).

When I try and submit the crash report I get an error page on submit that reads "Bad Request (400)". Trying this short thing in case the problem is how long that is ...

Cannot take screenshot of problem (pop up ms from Amazon via Firefox) . . as soon as I pick up the phone or attempt any action whatsoever, the message box disappears. And since I have a fingerprint access option on, the moment my finger touches the screen for full access there is no record of the message for screen capture. Also, if I do nothing, the screen goes black (normal, with time/date etc visible) within a few seconds after the message appears . . though it is waiting for me to touch the screen at which time it reappears again for a few seconds. So it is pick up the phone . . trigger motion detection . . message box appears . . wait a couple of seconds . . black screen . . touch or pick up the phone . . message box . . black screen etc. I can of course do the fingerprint scan and have full phone features, but the preliminary nag "box message" all the time bugs the hell out of me. In the text of my "complaint" I quoted what the message says, it is not from Firefox but does have a tiny Firefox logo upper left. The small rectangular window also has a left/right "full return" arrow (grayed out each one) with a black "pause" button in between the two arrows, and it is not grayed out. However nothing happens if I touch it. In very small print under the main text (first few words of my Amazon review) is a link to the Amazon page where I posted a review of a product. The message itself that I refer to is NOT from Firefox, but is comprised of the first few words of my review headline (not all of it but most) on the Amazon product comment review page. So even though the "content" of the unwanted message is from Amazon, the Firefox logo nevertheless appears (very tiny) in the upper left of the rectangular window, so it appears to be a composite error interaction between Firefox and Amazon. How to tell Firefox to stop posting it? Or how to tell Amazon that their software is somehow involved? I haven't a clue . . ! This is a re-written complaint . . the original one resulted in an email request from "Seburo" who asked for a screenshot, but did not provide a return email address that functioned. I have never seen anything like this. I went to open TB from the taskbar and the only way I can see it is a tiny thumbnail in the upper left corner of my monitor and no way to enlarge it. I closed and reopened several times , no joy. I restarted my desktop, no joy. I managed to arrow to the right from file and got to help. chose the update message. restarted but still same way. If I uninstall it will I lose everything? I was planning to migrate it to my laptop but only going to be home 1 day and afraid to try it. I could use it on Webmail for my trip but I wouldn't have my address book or all of my file folders. H E L P Please.

Since upgrading to 100, I am unable to log in to Florida Unemployment site. I have followed all their recommendations and still am unable to access. Also, when I click on an item, new tab is opening in place of one I clicked on instead of new tab.

I'm unable to check out when I'm signed into my accounts at target & clinique.com.Target say my checkout page is slowing down firefox-click stop -I click stop&I cannot check out.

Various online booking sites will format blocks of key information as large images and Firefox* never prints such pages correctly. The problem seems to occur when an image is split between one page and the next. I've attached two small images of the top of the page as displayed in Firefox and the print preview for that page. The page has two buttons ("Map It" and "add to Apple Wallet") that are forced off of page one but do not appear on page two. Page two prints as shown -- blank with only header and footer lines -- and the information that should be on page two (including any text) is omitted. I've had the same issue for several years. This includes several Firefox versions, several printer manufacturers (Cannon, Epsom, and HP), and a number of OS updates. I am absurdly loyal to Firefox (dunno why) but I keep having to switch to Edge whenever I need to print a complex web page. I keep hoping that the problem will be fixed.

Example: If I start typing in the address bar and type the letter a... amazon.com comes up since I frequent there a lot. But, if I start typing the name of my bank nothing comes up in the address bar. I always have to type it out.

After i just updated Firefox to newest version .. I can not load any website anymore!!!!!! please make it so i can return to the previous version ASAP so everything works again.

Hi, when I visit some websites, the pages do not work properly. The page does not want to upload properly and links on the page do not work. Can't log in to a page I have the latest version installed.

Updating to version 38.1.0 Start Thunderbird, Starts up OK. Can view messages and write new emails etc OK. If I select "get messages" OR messages are accessed automatically every 5min. then the whole PC crashes. Three finger salute does not bring up task manager. Only way out is to power cycle.

Follow the dialog at homelink.com to report an error with a garage door remote problem. Clicking on "Submit" gets a 404 error. I've had similar problems with other website dialogs, but usually the link is just ignored. For example rockler.com, when attempting to place an order - nothing happens. In both cases, switching to MS Edge works correctly.
