Please help. I have always been able to access Google Images when using my Firefox browser. Now I only get a limited few. For example if I am searching for images of Cedar Waxwings (a bird) I only see a limited amount of images and the word "Store" keeps showing up. Please tell me how to restore my otherwise satisfying experience of access all IMAGES. Thanks.

When I view my bank statement in Firefox, everything appears fine, but when I print the statement, all occurrences of boldfce "S" on the printout are blank. This problem does not occur with Google. Running macOS Catalina, all maintenance applied, Firefox is at 125.0.3.

Need help figuring out why Firefox has a memory leak after an extended use of Firefox browsing. Don't know if its the result of an extension having this issue, or if its a Firefox bug. I have just imported my old email from Outlook to TB Local Folders. Everything works out except some of the email (not all) show a wrong date in the email list. The date show a future date like 2/7/2101, 6:28 AM. Please check the attached image. Any idea?

I have just set up a new Linux Mint desktop and configured TB for my btinternet email account.

Looking at the address book, all the contacts that have appeared in it, contain "TimeStamp+a series of numbers" before the @ sign of every address.

In the btinternet account contacts, the addresses are as you would expect them to be, without the extra timestamp+number.

Is there a way of getting rid of that, or do I have to edit every address?

I keep hitting sites where menus and selection boxes turn into unreadable Wing Dings? On W11 and cleared and rest the font cache in Windows and still repeatedly seeing the issue?

Ok-So this popup window popped up when I returned to Firefox. I don't think it's legit and I am wondering how I go about blocking it permanently. I searched the settings but didn't see where I could post the URL so that is why I am posting this here.

I am on a Mac running Sonoma.

To check my icloud email, I log into icloud.com, enter my password, got through a two step authorization process and ask to stay signed in. I successfully access my email messages. When opening a message that has a hyperlink, I lose the iclolud connection. The link opens in a new browser window, but when i return to the email I am frequently signed out. Apple support does not know what the issue is; they suggested a different browser. This does not seem to happen with Microsoft Edge - and I don't want to use it.

Prevent websites from auto-reloading while reading/scrolling. Sites where this reloading problem occurs reliably (so you can test, for example), include HuffingtonPost and CNN.

I'm using Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Is there a way to prevent Samsung Internet from changing my default browser from Firefox? This problem has recently cropped up. Some apps may have a link to a website in their menu. Even though I set Firefox to be the default, if I select one of those links, up pops the welcome screen for Samsung Internet. The default setting is now Samsung Internet again. It's quite annoying. I've posted to the Samsung community but haven't had a reply that works. I've tried everything that an experienced Android user would know, but nothing has worked. Thanks for any assistance!

Recently firefox stopped filling in my credit card information. 1. On a website asking for a credit card click on the credit card number box. 2. Choose the car from the popup. 3. Popup disappears but nothing is filled in on the website form. 4. Use Google Pay or PayPal to purchase.

This used to work.

New tab opens to blank page and not my home page, which is Google. I have been to setting and went to the drop down box for tab settings but it only gives me an option to make firefox my home page or a blank page. I want Google to be what appears in my new tab when I click on the little + isgn.

I am trying to add custom search engines to Firefox. I have tried the steps given in the forum thread https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1212596.

However when I try to go and add the search engine as per the article given above I do not get the option. Please see the attached screen shot for more details. I do not want to add an extension or a plugin, but just manually have the option of adding search engines.

i am currently at a loss.

I have set up Passkeys for my google accounts. Now i have completely reinstalled my current pc and now there is no QR code showing when trying to log in.

I have another laptop where it will start completely normal. I can switch between a hardwarekey and another system (to show qr code)

Can you help me with this? I cant seem to understand why it is working on my laptop but not on my desktop. I just cant switch to log on with another device, now it is not even giving me the option to log on with a hardware key.

I would appreciate help.

My name is Grey, and I'm experiencing an issue using Firefox as a browser to open my Outlook mail. For the past three days I have not been able to open any emails as a network error screen appears. Using other devices and other browsers like Edge, the emails open fine, so it is not actually a network issue. This problem only occurs using Firefox, and specifically with Outlook emails. Everything else functions fine and I have not made any changes, besides the regular Firefox update. My computer is also up to date.

What can I do about this issue? I appreciate the advice,

I recently installed Thunderbird (115.10.1) onto my Mac (Sonoma 14.4).

After lots of manual housekeeping and deleting/filing hundreds of emails that had appeared in my inbox (that had previously been moved into other mailboxes or deleted) I have got my inbox down to a manageable size.

But now four of the emails in my Gmail webmail inbox are not showing in my Thunderbird inbox.

I have run a repair on the folder (Thunderbird inbox) but the discrepancy remains.

How can I make sure they synchronise correctly?

Also: I have 4 old drafts in my Gmail webmail drafts which are not showing in my Thunderbird drafts folder. I created a new draft email in Thunderbird and it is not showing up in my Gmail webmail. I have tried to point Thunderbird to my Gmail drafts folder in account settings selecting: copies and folders/drafts and templates/other/drafts on [myemailaddress] but it does not seem to make any difference.

Any help much appreciated.
