‘Pay with PayPal’ functionality on websites is broken for me and has been across updates of both Firefox and iPadOS for as long as I can remember at this point. I’m using an iPadPro running iOS 16.7.2 with Firefox for iOS version 120.4 (36613). When I’m checking out at e-commerce sites (e.g., J Crew), and I click on the PayPal button when selecting a form of payment, a new tab opens, but it’s literally blank — nothing even tries to connect or load. This happens across e-commerce sites. It doesn’t happen with Firefox on my PC/Windows laptop or on my iPad with other browsers (Chrome, Safari). I have tried everything that I can uninstall/reinstall, deactivate, or toggle, and nothing seems to fix this. I have cross-site tracking disabled in iOS. Some people have suggested that websites are not fully supporting Firefox any longer or that there is a problem with Firefox and Apple’s proprietary rendering engine. I’m really at the end of my wits about this. After having used Firefox faithfully since Netscape disappeared, I’m honestly on the verge of giving up. Please help.

I ALWAYS use FF in incognito mode. I do not ever switch to non incognito. However, after closing FF (iphone14 pro max, all fully updated) for a couple of hours, when I open, it’s magically back on NONincognito mode.

Also, when in incognito mode, FF still keeps cookies after I have deleted them and cleared caches.

When I go to Bookmarks on Firefox for iOS the past couple days, as I scroll the list freezes - I have to reboot Firefox completely as it won’t let me open a link or click done to get out of Bookmarks. Any ideas? I restarted the phone already.

Hello, Since a few versions ago when you access a bookmark in a bookmarks subfolder and then, after viewing the web page, you go back to bookmarks, you are always back to the top bookmarks folder instead of the last selected one. Does anyone know if this is a bug or if it is intended? Before that, you were always brought back to the last viewed subfolder, which was perfect. Is there plan to have this behavior back? Some images On different websites have a saturation that makes the pictures a sort of neon colour. I don’t remember the name of the effect, but it looks like a filter. See image.

Is there anyway to get the bookmarks back on the homepage for iOS and if not can it please get added back. I really like this app but it feels like every update removes a function or adds something that makes life more painful.

I cannot find anything definitive on this. Is it possible to get Firefox for iOS to auto fill credit card information on my iPhone? I find some articles, but they always reference back to a computer, or don't answer the question. I love firefox, but I need cc autofill like Chrome, Egde, and Safari have. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Using my iPad or my windows Laptop, How can i see if the email that I sent someone, has been received and has been read. Like windows email you could set it for a received and a read indication

I accepted an update for Firefox and it has deleted all of my saved passwords and deleted all saved accounts.

I have tried all trouble shooting on this website, can anyone suggest anything that works?

This has been going on for about half a year. Often when I try to comment on Reddit there will be a glitch in which text cannot be written or eddited notmally, such as:

• the new words being typed are now suddenly being typed at the front of the comment and are replacing the old words as I type
• if I click to the end again it might also replace these lattermost words when I type
• pressing backspace to delete words may leave the same characters but the blinker will move back through the letters as though I was simply pressing the left arrow key to move back
• backspace does nothing
• writing is impossible

Please give us an option to DELETE or not show “recent bookmarks” in your browser. BTW I am a monthly contributor but this issue really needs to be addressed in iPad, iPhone formats.

I am having major problems trying to get Firefox to run on my iPhone.

I use it as my primary browsers on my MacBook and all my bookmarks are syn from Safari.

On my iPhone Safari has been my only browsers

I have been trying to use Firefox but can NOT get Book Marks or passwords to load or transfer either from the iPhone safari or Mac Book FireFox

I m using IOS , I went in to add a search engine bing and put it first space and it wouldn’t let me save and then I put bing.com in 2 space and click saved and it gave me error can’t remember The Who error but it did say put in %s and I did and nothing.. I appreciate any help

Recently when I opened my Firefox browser a message appeared on my home screen asking me to add a "search and Print recipe app. I did not want to do so but I could not get rid of it. After seeing the icon in Firefox bar in the upper I added it. It uses Yahoo as my search engine and I don't want the app or Yahoo. How do I get rid of it?

Up until about a week ago, I could use Office 365 (and namely Outlook 365) without any issue. Then a few weeks ago, typing on firefox (MacOS) misses keys, space's don't work, and there will be a random new emails that will open. There is nothing under the keys, nor is there anything under the control or space buttons hindering use.

When I drag/drop or try to upload a file, it won't attach to the email. When force closing, the attachment issue might (keywork might) remedy itself for a minute, but then returns.

The above issues only exist on Outlook 365 on Firefox. I do not have any of the issues when on Chrome or Safari, not any of the apps on my macbook.

Feels Firefox specific due to no issues elsewhere (including while typing this!).
