Hello, I have Webmail by Godday. I have been using Thunderbird for many years to connect to my accounts without issue. Past couple days I get an error message saying it can't connect to the server. Godaddy says they haven't changed anything. I can log in on Webmail but not with Thunderbird. Thunderbird brings up my mail from before it couldn't log in so I have all my stuff I have saved but I can't get new mail or send mail. I deleted Cache, restarted and all that... Disabled add-ons in trouble shooting mode. Here is what I got. Much appreciated

I'm on Linux, Zorin OS, which is Ubuntu based if I'm not mistaken, very new to Linux.

Anyway, I've made a userChrome.css and done some changes I like to Firefox. It has been working fine until I tried to change the tab bar's overflow shadows when there are more tabs than there is space in the bar.

The rest of the css edits I've made in userChrome.css works fine but this overflow shadow reference Firefox just doesn't grab. I can live edit with the Toolbox and then it works fine, but when opening Firefox as default this css definition is as if gone.

I followed instructions for adding bookmarks from html file. Got to "import from html" . I can see the html file I want to access, but when I push "open" nothing happens.

We are using three locations to send emails from this email address. One of the computers at one home, sometime in mid April, was put into a block of some kind for having a PUP (the best I can figure out, don't really understand this stuff.) We had the block removed and most emails are now going through from that one computer. The other computers never had a problem getting their emails to the recipients. The one computer that had trouble, now has Maleware Bytes and Adwcleaner installed, that's what we did to get out of email jail I guess.

The problem is, any of the people that we attempted to email during the week or so that our email was in jail, even though it is fixed, our emails to those people are not getting to them still. We have to use another email address to get them to receive from thunderbird sent from our one computer.

We are not super computer savvy as far as this behind the scenes computer technology goes and need help so that we can reach all our customers reliably. We did try to identify if we were still blacklisted and saw 1 hit but don't understand how to fix it now that we have the additional spyware type stuff added to our computer. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My TB repeatedly downloading all the emails in my Inbox, it is slowing down TB and can't access and reply to current email due to it. Is there any solution to it without losing my data?

I have been using Thunderbird as my email service and not had this before. Yesterday, I had to change my password for emails with BT. I changed it on Thunderbird too but now I am receiving emails OK on Thunderbird it is refusing to send any for me and shows the above message. I can send OK from my web based BT email but prefer Thunderbird.

I haven't a clue what I need to do to solve this.

Can you please help? Please tell me is very simple steps I'm not very computer savvy.

I am trying to add custom search engines to Firefox. I have tried the steps given in the forum thread https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1212596.

However when I try to go and add the search engine as per the article given above I do not get the option. Please see the attached screen shot for more details. I do not want to add an extension or a plugin, but just manually have the option of adding search engines.

I encountered a website today for which the reCAPTCHA dialog wouldn't appear. This is not a case of the endless blue circling of the reCAPTCHA screen. In this case, the reCAPTCHA screen does not appear at all.

I thought it was a problem with my account at the website since nothing happened when I clicked LOGIN. It wasn't until I tried Edge and the reCAPTCHA dialog appeared that I realized the problem was not with the website, but with Firefox not presenting the reCAPTCHA dialog.

I do not know whether the problem is with the site specifically since I have not encountered any other sites recently that required reCAPTCHA authentication.

After upgrading to fedora 40, firefox just takes ages to boot up, even when it's running if I want to open a new window it still takes ages to run. I have tried uninstalling it and deleting it's data but with no luck. The issue still presists.

Hello, since the latest version of Firefox, as always, it breaks now if I want to enter instantgaming or it does not enter no matter how much I click on enter or in kinguin.net, when it asks me for the recapcha, it stays in an infinite loop and does not show the images. .

I have done safe mode and installed firefox from 0 and nothing, it is tedious that at this point a browser that has been having this type of problems for years because in opera, edge they do not give me these errors, it is tiring to always have to have a browser that fails due to anything.

not sure if this is where i should be but i tried the Thunderbird help and got no answer. After the most recent Thunderbird up date and a Thunderbird install over existing one when i go to my drafts folder and click on any draft or save message in there i get a yellow bar at the bottom of the page that i have never seen before . Now i do not want recreate a new profile and lose all my contacts book marks add on etc. how do i remove that yellow bar in Thunderbird mail

My wife and I each have our own Thunderbird accounts. They were created a long time ago, at different times. I’m pretty sure that they were not set up identically. She has recently experienced a problem: the number of new emails downloaded (as shown in the lower left corner of the screen) doesn’t match with the number of new and unread emails listed in the Inbox (the emails shown in boldface). Something else, though I think related: In the upper left corner of the screen, on the same line as the word Inbox, is a small circle with a number inside. I think that number gives the number of unread emails in the Inbox. Her number shows 20 but the actual number (boldface) is 15. Is this a serious problem? Is it a problem at all? If so, how to fix it? Thanks.

Yahoo Mail always opens at 170% zoom. It opens normally in Microsoft Edge. All other windows open normally at 100% zoom. I can manually change it back to 100% but, that is annoying to have to do every time. How do I fix this?

Strange issues 125.0.3 Installed and I am getting scrambled text and some icons. When I check logs from my server the text is unreadable, if I try Edge or another browser, all is well. I included a sample log file.

I am also experiencing strange icons in google maps (see image). Those are supposed to be the road number markers, this also works correctly in Edge and other browsers.

I've recently had a little video window appear in the bottom right corner of my browser screen. I can't find any control link to eliminate it other than closing it manually every time it appears. Where did it come from and how do I get rid of it?

I have two desktop icons for Firefox. Each opens to a different file. How do I clear the old file? What do I do about the message that Firefox can not update automatically? Where do I look to see Firefox file and see what date it is downloaded? If it is operational? Why is the same series of problems repeating daily?
