HELP! My mobile data usage spiked as of June 20th and has continued at unprecedented levels almost every day since. My historic daily usage for the past many years has been around 4 MB and is now 95MB. and busting through my 2GB/month limit. This is ALL due to Firefox! What happened? Something strange happened on June 19th, when my mobile date usage recorded three separate usage figures instead of the single usage figure for all days previously. June 19th showed 2 usage figures and June 30th showed 3.

And was only update 3 days ago.

Note: i have no Addons installed and about:config does not work here.

How can this be solved?

I need your help with the following: I recently upgraded my device and I got Samsung S24+. Unfortunately Mozilla is not working properly. Whenever I open a new tab or open a link via my email account it is flashing constantly without being able to browse as usual.

Any help? (I have already unistalled / reinstalled the app.

For the last two months I am unable to use a Classmates.com webpage that I have been using for 15 years. It suddenly keeps giving me the following error message Secure Connection Failed

I have contacted the company and they keep telling me it's my connection or browser and they can't help me. I know there is probably one setting that somehow is wrong but I can't get anyone to figure it out for me. I have tried everything possible. Can this be a browser setting that will not let me edit anything on this webpage? I can edit on other pages that are basically the same type of program ( reunions for schools) PLEASE HELP. Last few days I am unable to see my Xfinity / Comcast & google emails via Firefox - but I can see them via Safari. Addresses are : [edited] @comcast.net, [edited] @gmail.com. Have been able to get them via Firefox for a long time prior. Also, lately firefox will stop my search until I click the FF icon where a wheel is turning and once I click it, it changes to a check mark and then I can proceed. Can you help please? Thank you.

I have the latest version of Android 13 and Firefox up to date on my phone, but there's been some weird behavior when playing videos as of late. Videos refuse to properly go fullscreen now. When I tap the fullscreen button, the video moves to the center of the screen but stays in portrait orientation, which is obviously not what I want. In addition, picture-in-picture is not working at all, and the notification control panel (that lets you pause and play minimized videos from the notification) is not appearing even though notifications are not disabled for Firefox. Videos still play, but almost none of the features for them are working. What is going on? Can anyone help?

The power draw can be heinous. In 37 minutes of use so far for this full charging cycle, it has used 5 times the power (measured by Android's battery page) as RedReader has in its roughly 2.5 hours. Is there a way that can be brought to heel a bit?

Briefly, when openning a link that should redirect to a WhatsApp chat, it says - after pressing open chat - WhatsApp not installed. Why? Note: In chrome it is working normally.

I'm following the instructions to set Firefox nightly as my default browser, but when I go to settings and try to switch the toggle to "set as default browser" instead of doing it, it just opens a new tab with the instruction. I got up to 4 identical tabs before I gave up. I know how to do it, it's just malfunctioning.

In a separate issue, I have had Firefox Beta for about a year on my Kindle Fire, always worked great. Since the latest update, it won't even open. The screen pops up for a second, then immediately closes. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. I installed regular Firefox, no issue. Then I found nightly, installed with no issue (other than the problem listed above).

My case is simple but I have no ideia the WHY is happening. I use google as a search engine but after a few days, it changes automatically to Yahoo (wich i dont like) and i have to go to preferences and change it back to google. This has been repeating for a few months and I'm a bit fed up of it, so, is there any way to keep google permamently?

Also it is curious that if I restore the default seach engines, it does not appear yahoo, and even if i delete all, and only keep google, keeps on happening again.

I'm an apple user and I also have Firefox since forever on the Iphone and Ipad too and no problem with this ones.

While browsing Amazon.com using the past several builds of the Nightly for Android, I get this most annoying bouncing pop-up tip that is a yellowish with black font saying to click on this heart icon to save the product. I have never seen this on any other browser for Android, and never on my Firefox on my laptop or desktop. Is there anyway to get rid of it? I cannot stand this and I have almost thrown my phone because of it many times. I have never thrown a phone before. I cannot explain why, but it pisses me off so very much!
