on home page Firefox says I need to upgrade but v 25 is already installed. Why?
When I open to the Mozilla home page, Google search appears. Underneath it, Mozilla has a note that I need to update. When I click on the link provide the update screen shows with the note that I have the latest version. I know I have the latest version v25. How do I get rid of the notice on the homepage?

Hello WendyOrton, probably you are using the www.google.com/firefox as your homepage, that page is no longer maintained and that's why you get that message, but you have the latest firefox version as your user agent said (User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:25.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/25.0)
see : How to set the home page to change your homepage to something else .
thank you
