Hello,

I have a ZTE Open. When I launch the integrated Email application, after configuring my gmail account, I can see a list of received emails, it even shows the new ones, but when I click on one of them to read it, the message doesn't load (circling loading circle). Any ideas? Thanks,

Thank you for your answer, however, it didn't work. Any more ideas? Do the integrated email app and the browser share information?

Question asked by me: Is this on Wi-Fi or via mobile data? What is the Wi-Fi strength when you are trying to load the email? (if applicable)

Response from other thread: It is Wifi and the signal is full (I'm just next to the router). Reconfiguring the email doesn't work either. Any other ideaN

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply to this question. If you are unable to load the email (view them) but you can see the list, I would dbl-check your network and wifi connection to be sure you are online. But, you might also try deleting the account from the email app (you will get a notice that all messages have to be downloaded again) and then add the account back again.

Let em know how it goes.

Regards, MIchelle Luna

Hello,

I've tried this, but it didn't worked (except in wiping out all my data, which is still not too bad at this stage). Cheers,

I have same issue, followed Michelle's advice and still no luck. Any other options or we waiting for ZTE to fix the update issue and that will probably work?

Running OS version 1.0.1.0

Sadly I think so. Except if you feel like trying to update it yourself...

Personally I've had no success so far but at least one person did.

The rooting works great!

What is rooting and how do I do it. Without being able to open my emails my phone is I am afraid it is of not much use.
