hi, when i press up or down key, i expect the page to scroll up or down, as with any other browser, as with mozilla did before as it should be. it turns out sometimes the page scrolls with up or down key, but only sometimes. the page has no trouble scrolling with scroll wheel, but with the keys, most of the times id does not scroll, but when you move the mouse, it jumps to the position where it should have scrolled, so it keeps the account of the distance it should have scrolled, but does not refresh the view. after i move the mouse or scroll with the scroll wheel, it scrolls with the keys for a little while, then if forgets the keys again after a while, till i move the mouse again. using 8.0.1 on win xp service pack 3
