"nsAppShell: Event Window this pops up when I try to log off. I think this is an add on but do not know how to fix it.

I'm running windows XP. I always only run firefox for browsing. When I logout at the end of the day I get the message "nsAppShell: Event Window. It's like this hasn't closed or something. I think it might be an add on, though I try not to add anything I don't need. I run pretty basic, no gaming or anything like that. Can you advise me? This only happens when I log out. It does not fit with any answers for "This happened"
