Fire fox cannot be started as error message comes up saying Fire Fox is open and should be closed. I have shut down and restart computer several time and it still shows Firefox is open and running.I even uninstalled Firefox and re installed it still same problem cannot get Firefox.I need to get access to my book marks. How can I start Firefox and get my book marks? Please help. Thanks
