This started happening a couple of weeks ago. Probably right after I upgraded to the latest version. It is so frustrating, I end up opening multiple windows since it looks as if it is not opening at all. The little spinning circle appears then disappears as if it wasn't going to open. The later on I find that it has opened multiple times. But it usually takes 5-10 minutes to load and show up on the desk top. I reinstalled it and I no longer get the message that says a scrip is taking a long time to load. But it still takes a loooong time to start up. But it takes forever to load and now the toolbar is unable to be shown and asks me to re-install the toolbar.
