This is too confusing for me!!! It has just cost me $400 to clean up my computer from another program that I updated. I'm scared to dabble with this system to "add-on" my Kasperskey. I need you to call me and guide me through the steps over the phone or you can remove this updated version and return to the former version for me. Why can't you make it simple and just accept what programs we have before you start offering updates. You are confusing those of us who are not computer savvy.
