I am having a problem printing from Firefox 4 to an HP LaserJet 3015dn. The computer is running Windows XP 32 bit with service pack 3. I get an unknown error occurred but the HP status message shows that a document was printed. The same web page will print to a Ricoh copier. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox 4 and also tried installing Firefox 3.6 neither of which helped. I Firefox 4 in when into the about:config and reset the printer which also didn’t help. The printer driver was uninstalled and reinstalled with the latest version on the HP site. We are still unable to print from Firefox to the HP printer. Any additional help would be great.
