Just bought a new laptop for Christmas, and it was working fine. Suddenly, internet explorer is crashing constantly, with practically everything I click. Noticed my teenager has installed Firefox. Is having them both on the computer the reason internet explorer is crashing all the time? I cannot have a brand new computer doing this! I need internet explorer to check my email, etc. I had not given permission for him to download anything.
