What said that your data was being tracked?

You may wish to see you can add second factor authentication ("2FA") to your email account. Your email service provider should be able to help you with this.

Two-factor authentication adds extra security by making it harder for someone else to log in to your account, especially if they steal your password.

After you enable two-factor authentication, when someone attempts to log in to your account with your password, your email service will also ask for an authentication code from your authentication application for proof that it’s really you.
