I recently switched work laptops, and all my bookmarks and passwords are saved in my primary Firefox account (I made a new one to post this). I am still signed in on my mobile device (iOS) but I have no idea what my password is. How can I save/export my passwords and bookmarks (curated over DECADES)? I do not want to reset my password without saving or exporting these since that will apparently now erase all my data. I cannot seem to find any guides on how to do this using any other browser or anything other than doing this from Firefox desktop app. Please help because this is driving me crazy. I've tried to look up importing into Safari or Chrome but cannot seem to find any mobile solutions.
