Sync not continuous from OS to iOS

Just set up sync between OS and iOS for Firefox. All OS and Firefox up-to-date. One sync was successful. After that, changes made in bookmarks on OS were not reflected of iOS. Is this the way Firefox sync is designed, or is there something I can do to keep bookmarks synced after changes?

Also, my account devices after sync set-up gave my correct computer name but said I was located in Boardman, OR. Is this a security risk? How can this be changed?
