1Password autofill not working in Firefov on iPad

Firefox for both iPad and Mac autofill had been working with 1Password since forever. I wanted to clear cookies so went to Settings => Data Management on the iPad and cleared ALL Private Data. Mistake. Since then, 1PW autofill on the iPad hasn’t worked with Firefox for any site I have tried them on. (It could be, of course, that the resetting of private data just before the failure was only a coincidence.)

Safari and 1PW still autofill properly on the iPad (and iMac). Firefox autofills properly from 1PW on the Mac. The problem is specific to Firefox on the iPad. All apps and OSes are at the latest levels. I have gone over all the settings for Firefox and 1PW and they look correct to me. I have done everything I can think of to reset the Firefox/1PW interface — such as closing and reopening apps, rebooting the iPad — short of uninstalling and reloading the apps.

My question is, how can I recover the Firefox 1PW interface?
