I was ignorant to the closure of firefox send as Inrecently was involved with a cross country move in July , although I continue to use Mozilla I am urging Mozilla as a whole to bring back the firefox send , as filepizza my second go to is not as fast. ITS NOT a requirement that all users be subjected to isolated incidents of malware ina transfer Inmean really what about Thunderbird going ri close that client too because lamers open attachments that contain malware? What about the browser it too can allow exploits on rogue sites lamers get nailed all the time. It's not fair UDP and TCP protocols are not Mozilla's responsibility for lamers recieving files so come on!! Initiate the send servers again and users resident shields do their jobs . I could never imagine the net crumbling back in pre 95 era because some lamers complained of getting burned because they used windows or Internet explorer lmao or are telnet servers and FTP://username:password@ipaddy.com:21 a browser's fault an exploit is attached or included in a raw .exe come on! We suffer cause children dont rar/ace their transfers . Well Ide like a reply please . THANKS

Hi

Firefox Send has been closed. I do not believe that there are any plans to bring it back at the present time.

That's really lame its 2021 now let's keep the momentum pass this reasonable request on I am not alone in this issue. The feature was out only for a short time and a great addition to Mozilla servers. We are not responsible if goofballs accept malware through a file transfer that are in direct contact with users. There is an exploit called poison Ivy that can hide in an image file, is Mozilla responsible such an exploit crosses its servers ? Then discontinuing thunder bird for attachments? What about through hyper link on a rogue site ? Kill the whole browser? That's ridiculous.

There are no plans to bring back Firefox Send at this time due to the explanation given in:
