Hi there. If you have a questions about the Mozilla VPN, this is a great place to ask it. We have a community of knowledgeable contributors who answer questions about the various Firefox and Mozilla products. Alternately, you can get direct support if you are paying subscriber by sending an email to vpn-support@mozilla.com. You can also get support through the VPN app by clicking the settings icon in app > scroll down to get help > then click on "contact us". You may need to sign into your Firefox account. Afterwards though you should be on a ticket submission page for support requests. I hope this helps.
