every incoming message I receive has those crazy A's with a ^ over it, and other misc characters in it. "CRYING" here... since I am mostly likely OCD I'm completley annoyed beyond belief to just read past all the crap and move on so every with all incoming messages I have to click view> text encoding>unicode to get rid of them because trying other suggestions I've found online DOESN'T HOLD permanently. I've been doing this now for months, what's the freak'in solution?? what about an "uninstall" and re-install?"

oh, and I see others saying the same thing. It's not my choice to use Mozilla, it's at work. We are small with no tech support and no one else knows the answer either. I seem to be the only one in my office with the problem. HELP please, I'm really struggling here!!!
