25 years of bookmarks down the drain, lost for good.
I am upset with firefox due to missing all my bookmarks after an accidentally clearing data when ment to cache. And syncing account wont help as I tried and the account used did not work because it might a been an older account no longer use

Thank you for your question about the Firefox Sync service.
It appears from your question, that you are using Firefox Sync as a back up service. This is not what Sync is designed to do. The Firefox Sync service takes a copy of the data you wish to include and transfers it to a second device (typically a mobile device such as a tablet or a telephone) running a copy of Firefox. The storage in between all attached devices is both temporary and fragile and is not stable enough to be (and is not designed as) a reliable backup service.
If you have a copy of your Firefox profile for desktop Firefox, you may be able to recover your bookmarks and other data. Please have a read of this article.
If you have a copy of your data on a mobile version of Firefox, please follow these instructions to connect it to Firefox Sync to copy your data.
What exactly did you do to cause this data to get lost ?
Did you clear all Firefox data via the Android App settings ?
Did you ever create a backup on your mobile device of all your data ?
It's like no one read and understood my post clearly because you asked did I clear my app settings when I typed "accidentally clearing data when ment to cache" :/ and then the last reply was a link to firefox help page which none of that helped as it was for desktop (about:profiles doesn't open up) asking to right click and last time I checked my cellphone doesn't have a mouse O_o

Firefox Sync is designed to help you sync your bookmarks to another device. With you using Firefox Sync, it may be possible to rescue your bookmarks from your other copy of Firefox.
That Laptop was stolen from me about 4 or 5 years go :(
That's why I was surprised to see firefox still maintain bookmarks and I had a feeling I should of backed them up because I new as soon as I loose the current ones that's it. There should be a way bookmarks are automatically updated at least once a week. There may be somewhere on my phone or in the firefox account tunnels a hidden backup image but it would take a miracle to find it. Especially my lost tabs that were open.
Firefox Sync does sync regularly to a second device that you have set up, but is not designed to be used as a backup.
