When I open a file from Mac OS Finder in Firefox, the file always opens in a new window. I have `browser.link.open_newwindow.override.external` set to 3. I've also tried setting it to -1, with `browser.link.open_newwindow` set to 3. Is there anything else I should try to get this working?
