Try removing it, restarting your computer, then re-downloading it from fpn.firefox.com and reinstalling it

I tried all that and it never worked. I finally sent a email to support and they advised deleting the VPN folder then re-installing, which actually worked.

I am now having this same issue and i have done what Deb20 suggested and it still doesn't work, very frustrating as it only worked for a day. I have uninstalled it, restarted my computer and then reinstalled and still nothing works. I have also done the folder deleting strategy and nothing changed.

Firefox VPN not working with Win 10. Full-device Firefox VPN. Was working for a few months. Now does not start when clicking on VPN icon in the task bar. Icon flickers twice, then nothing. No pop-up window with the server cities.

Up-to-date Foxfire browser.

Have yet to get a helpful reply at all, this has been working well with no issues for months.
