Hi
I recommend opening Firefox for Android, swiping across to the History pane and clearing your browsing history.
I hope this helps.
sorry, didn't work. Even tried uninstalling FF but now its coming thru Chrome which evidently I can't uninstall. Thanks for trying
Hi
Have you installed any other apps recently to your Android device?
I don't think so. It's forever saying update.
If you do not have Firefox for Android on your device and it is appearing in other web browsera, it suggests that you have either visited a web page that is triggering it, or there is another app on your device that is trying to send a message out.
Thanks. I don't really use my phone for too much internet/games. But what little I do could have probably triggered something. Maybe one of the ringtones. Thanks for suggestions
Did you install that ringtone as an app?
I don't know (sorry, not real tech savvy} I just clicked download
Ok. Where did you install it from?
google play store
Ok, you may wish to uninstall it and try Firefox for Android without it.
awwhhhaa. LOL. I'll try it. Thanks
No problem, glad I could help.
