I've lost my account's password and if I re-set it my passwords in Lockwise and bookmarks will all be deleted, and I have no recovery key (I just learned about this). To work around this I've exported my bookmarks and my passwords to my desktop. Before I reset my account password deleting everything, how do I import my passwords from a firefox-logins.json file? I see I can import them from other browsers but, of course, Firefox isn't one of them.

I used this method to create the file: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1077630#answer-834769

Thank you!

Is this about Lockwise on a desktop computer or about the Lockwise app on a mobile device? How did you create this password backup ?

I assume that the firefox-logins.json file doesn't have encrypted usernames and passwords like are stored in logins.json If you have a backup copy of this profile folder then you might have the logins.json and key4.db files and copy these two files to the current profile folder.
