If you type in the username and then login, does it then pop up asking whether to save the username and password combination ? And then does it work?
No does not ask, and in Lockwise for this particular site it shows the userid blank, I filled it in properly and saved, closed the browser, went back and still only the password was filled in. It is like the site prevents the saving of this but the same in Chrome does fill in both fields for this site. I also deleted the entry from Lockwise and went to the site, filled in both fields, and it asked me to save the login info, BUT the user ID was blank, only the password was there, I filled in the ID again and took save. Logged off and back on and again the ID was missing, went to lockwise again and all was filled in there, but it will not insert the ID. This particular site is https://streamable.com/login Thanks for your help.
You can try to create a new login and enter the username and password manually. You can find this "Create New Login" button at the bottom of the left panel.
Thanks for the help, no, I deleted the existing entry, created a new one manually, no change. But, I did notice something, I wanted to have it go to https://streamable.com/login but after saving it truncated the /login and I have to click an additional login button. I checked another site that has this issue, although it also changed the address it took me to the correct login page.
