How can I remove ALL my logins and passwords from the Lockwise servers? I can't delete them one by one
I'd need to delete all my logins and passwords from my Lockwise account, all at once, not one by one. How can I do it? If I delete them locally they keep coming back, even if I disable the syncing with the server!

On Android the chrome URI won't work and I think that on Android you will have to reset all Firefox data via the Android settings and this removes more than the logins.
On desktop it is probably best to disconnect Sync and then either use the chrome:// URI as listed in the above posted article or alternatively rename/remove logins.json (logins) and key4.db (key file; master password) in the profile folder.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
- Help -> Troubleshooting Information -> Profile Folder/Directory:
Windows: Open Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Profiles
You can reset the password of the Sync account to force a new initial Sync.

Hi alessandro.riconda , Resetting your Master Password will remove everything.
I tried to reset the master password following the link both on Windows and Android and unfortunately it's not working. It triggers a "file not found" error message...

Thank you, following these instructions I managed to solve the problem
This morning I was given information on how to make my computer more secure and "clicked OK" . Later I tried to access internet banking and it would not accept my normal password and was giving a "computer generated pass word" and then I could not logon . How can I get rid of Firefox Lockwise so I can access my bank?
