I send emails but I don't see them in the sent folder, spam or trash. They have disappeared.

Hi, I am using Thunderbird 68.3.0 (64bit), lately I do have few email I have sent that are not saved as I do not see them in the sent folder. they are not in the Spam nor in the trash. They simply disappear. I do use Thunderbird with Gmail business. I have done all controls Google requested (checking filter, spam, rules) but they are all OK: I getting mad. Could you help me? Thanks.,
