I have been resetting my password and sending the info as requested but the reply I get is reset password password so I do and send it again and again

The reply says to use correct user name and pass word. The info I send is correct so what else can I do????

Please can you clarify if this is to do with your Firefox Account (to sync your bookmarks and other data between Firefox for Android and another copy of Firefox) or is something to do with a credit card payment?
