TB cannot install updates after installing TB on new computer and replacing Profile file with one from old computer. Update files download but cannot be installed. I get this error message: "The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Thunderbird running on your computer, and then restart Thunderbird to try again.". Otherwise TB is working fine.
