I have an updated app. I did the refresh. I did the reset. I cleared out my cache and cookies. In task manager my processes read 5 open processes related to Firefox. I watch my CPU run at 99%. So here is the question. I know what may have caused it, by using Fmovies.is page to watch videos. After doing that a couple times I went from no lagging what so ever on anything, to scrolling for a second or two then freezes then scrolls again then lagging on both Netflix and Amazon streaming. Driving me crazy. My streaming is now buffering when no buffering was needed before all of this CRAP. I ran Ccleaner, spybot and disk cleaner. I remove a high risk tracker each time from spybot. Short of getting a new system how can I resolve this issue?

Thank you Driveing me crazy.

Thank you for your response. I must clarify that this was not on my phone. This problem is on my PC. I'm not to sure how to do a screen shot on my PC, but I can take a picture of it then post it here. Would this work?

Thank you.

Thanks, but a screenshot would be more helpful with more details 'How to take a screenshot on a personal computer ' PC: 1-open snipping tool

      2-cut the part and save it
      3-uploaded it so that it can be reviewed by the Mozilla Support team

if it doesn't work then a picture would okay;
