I'm using Alcatel One Touch Fire working in Polish T-mobile network. After upgrade from version 1.0 to 1.1 I've lost call log (the list all made, answered and not answered calls). Now I'm using Firefox OS version 1.3.0.0, and the problem is still present.

How can I activate the call log?

Best regards

Marek

Hi Marek,

It's not really clear to me what the problem is. Do you mean that the call log function has disappeared from the Phone app, or that the update erased your previous list and now you have an empty log?

I don't remember where the call log was in FFOS 1.0, but now (at least in FFOS 2.0) it is placed into the "Phone" app, where you can access it by pressing the button at the bottom-left corner.

Hi Enrico

The problem is that call log is empty all time. If I had a call, or I'm calling somebody it should be noted in the log, but it doesn't. It's still empty.

I don't have your same device, so I can only suggest general hints.

The only thing that I can think of would be to reset the phone. BEWARE: this will erase all of you data on the phone, so you should back-up everything before proceeding. If you are fine with this and want to try, you can find the function somewhere in Settings (like Settings > Device information > More information > Reset phone).

This is a drastical solution and there is no guarantee it works, so maybe you could wait to see if some better suggestion arrives.

I think I'd rather wait for another solution. If it wouldn't come - I'll go for resetting the phone.
