Hi mamieham23,

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems accessing the Internet on your Firefox OS mobile device.

What is your device model and version? What country was it purchased in?

Are you able to use the Internet at all, through the Wi-Fi or the cell phone data? Do you see a 2G, E, 3G, H, or H+ icon on top of your notification bar?

Regarding your problem with the webpage, you are able to zoom out of most webpages by doing a pinching motion with two fingers on the screen. If the website does not support this feature, you may need to contact the website developers directly for support.

If you are able to share the link for the website that you are having problems with, we may be able to provide a workaround.
