Hi,

Firefox Developer Edition 126.0b7 (64-bit) shows a perpetual "Loading" screen when trying to access my internal Logitec Media Server at 127.0.0.1:9001.

Other browsers like Waterfox Classic have no trouble, so LMS is working fine.

I tried cleaning the cookies, disabling the firewall (Windows 10), that did not help/

Any idea how to solve this?

Hello! I'm having an issue specifically in Firefox Developer Edition only. Whenever I set a video to go fullscreen from any domain/service, little strips on the top of left of the fullscreen video show my desktop (shown in attached screenshot). I've tested this in regular Firefox as well as Google Chrome and fullscreen videos work just fine on both of those browsers.

Before this current version update, this problem would happen the first time putting a video in fullscreen, but every subsequent attempt during the same browser session would not have the issue. However, I'm now unable to achieve a true fullscreen video in Firefox Developer Edition no matter how many times I try.

Currently on version 145.0b3 (64-bit)

I INSTALLED THE FREQUENT FIREFOX UPDATES BUT THE PROBLEN PERSISTED EVER SINCE VERSIONS 42X WERE RELEASED. I TRIED THE 32-BIT VERSION BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTED. FINALLED, I TRIED THE DEVELOPER VERSION: NO MORE CRASHES! I READ THE RESPONSES FROM YOUR CLUELESS STAFF TO OTHER CUSTOMERS WITH THE SAME TROUBLE. THIS IS NOT A WINDOWS ERROR; THIS IS A FIREFOX APPLICATION ERROR. MAYBE SOME OF YOUR FIREFOX DEVELOPER CODERS SHOULD ASSIST THE 32-BIT AND 64-BIT DEVELOPERS. OR, DUMP THE VERSION 4X CODE AND BUILD ON THE MORE STABLE 39X CODE. ALSO, DON'T BLAME WINDOWS FOR FIREFOX APPLICATION ERRORS. AND...NEVER SUGGEST A WINDOWS REINSTALL FOR FIREFOX ERRORS!!!

Dear Mozilla Geeks—

As practically every other Firefox user, my bookmarks evolved into a lengthy file system that uses folders to segregate categories of bookmarks.

That is, it used to have this feature.

After the last update all or most of the bookmarks (I can't tell by scrolling down the long list) are devoid of their organizing folders. This puts a great deal of information beyond easy reach. In Mozilla Help topics one is advised to click on the library icon in the toolbar ... only there is no such icon on my copy of Developer's Edition.

Can someone suggest a method or methods to recover the folders?

Some passwords have been lost as well.

I am having difficulty using Google Sheets within Firefox Developer Edition 144.0b4 (64-bit) on Linux Mint 22.2 Cinnamon. When I load any of my Google Sheets, I am unable to scroll. This includes when using a blank sheet.

I also have Firefox 143.0.1, which seems to still be functioning correctly.

This is the 4th time I've reported this problem. Here's the warning I get every day only after I have already been loading Newsmax pages with no problems:

There are no other sites in which I have this problem with FF x64 DE. In Edge, I see the newsmax pages load while the FF x64 DE https//newsmax.com xontinues to genberate the above message and fails to load the screen.

Please fix.

This seems like a relatively new feature that I don't see a setting to toggle. How would I disable the drag-and-drop area at the top of the vertical tabs which prompts me to pin the tab?

After updating my openSUSE Firefox package from version 122 to 123 every frame inside each window started to have weird grey overlay of scrollable area. I failed to find any description of such a thing happening, let alone how to get rid of it. I tried removing build-in distro-default preferences and had complete audit of all my custom preferences in about:config but none changed that behavior. I even updated to 124b4 but this also haven't changed anything. Naturally, nuking entire profile is not an option, I might as well replace the whole browser. So, how do I get rid of this thing?

How do I return ctrl+c to just copying the selected text?

I have checked the extension shortcuts and not found anything there. I have also searched extensively for solutions, before making this post.

Developer edition seems to be blocking Today's Deals when browsing amazon.com. Regular firefox does not do this. Suggestion on what to do to fix it.

Over the last five hours, I have gotten 27 emails from Firefox Monitor for this data breach, for the same email address. I have already marked the breach as resolved in Monitor but I keep getting emails. Is there anything I can do about it?

I'm trying to use Firefox to fill out my tax forms, but while I can save them and view them with Firefox, they're blank when I open them with Adobe or print them. This is, to say the least, NOT USEFUL. What is happening?!?? I'm using Win10 and the latest version of Firefox, and I tried it on an old Mac with the latest version of Firefox as well.

I've been seeing this more and more, but my toolbar will change by itself every restart. The add tab button will shift all the way to the left or not appear, the bookmarks won't appear, etc. I'm not sure what can be causing this, and I saw no way to "save" my current configuration other than pressing the done button upon using the custom toolbar, which I had done every time prior to fix my configuration. Does anybody know why this is occurring, and a possible fix? Thank you

The story is when I accidentally clicked on a sick video, YouTube start to recommend me similar sick videos.

So my question is how does YouTube get my identity?

I'm not logged in. my profile is actually a snapshot, so when I restart Firefox, it go back to the snapshot. I even restarted my ISP router to get a new IP address. This did not work.

Only when I create a new profile with "firefox -P" does YouTube start to see me as a new person.

So how does YouTube identify my Firefox profile? I don't think it's in the https request headers. Weird.

I am using latest firefox developer edition. After firefox updated automatically, I found that I lost toolbar customization settings. I reconfigured everything, but the next day when it updates I lost the settings again. It seems that there is a bug in Firefox. How can I fix this? If this is a bug, when will it be fixed?

In May 2025 all browsers should have removed the default styling for the h1 element when it is nested in a sectioning element (article, aside, nav, section). I went into Firefox Dev Editions user-agent style sheet and noticed that the styling for nested h1 elements is still the same. I'm wondering why that is the case, since I was under the impression that all the major browsers had completed make the necessary adjustments at the end of May 2025.

For years I had my Firefox sync working fine between Win10 PC, Android and several Win10 laptops. However yesterday I installed Windows 11 on the same PC I have Windows 10 (bought new disk) just to have a fresh install. Started with installing firefox - and here when problems begin. It couldn't let me log in into Sync, I was being immediately logged out ("Account disconnected"). Somehow I managed to log in, but then all my previous data was erased (passwords, bookmarks). I thought ok, maybe later it's gonna sync. Started installing extensions, saved one password. When trying to sync tabs with Android phone it didn't work, it couldn't see any tabs (but it could share tabs between devices!). On Android I still have old passwords and bookmarks saved, same as on old Win10 (on which I got logged out). Alright - it didn't sync after restart so I removed Firefox profile on machine, started again with logging in - and it synced only ONE password that I saved previously on same Win11 machine, with extensions I freshly installed back then. So it saved to sync improper data, forgetting about old? Logged out from all of my machines in Firefox Account. Now I'm back to my original machine on Windows 10. And what? I can't log in! Same error as on Win11 after install - "Account disconnected". Checked about:sync-log and found error logs - pasted into "Troubleshooting information" of this post.
